Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Actually nothing 👍
We liked a lot the friendliness of the staff and the facilities. The outdoor swimming pool is amazing, the indoor one very good and the gym is very well equipped. Everybody is helpful, the place is beautiful, and we will be very happy to be back soon!

Wanted to go to hamam, but it was closed. Inner pool worked. Women and men on different days. Massage was very good.
Seemed like we were only guests that night. Clean but worn out. Breakfast was good for local standard. Gym was ok-one is mixed and one is only for women. Group trainings in sport hall and in the inner pool.

Commuting to city, especially as we were a family of 4 and needed 2 taxis!
If you would like to stay away from the crowded city centre, this is a good option. The breakfast is great and the property in open, airy and enjoyable. The staff are helpful. Great food joints nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

Room was not quite ready on arrival but night staff were very helpful to rectify shortfalls. Initial investment was obviously extensive but maintainable has not kept up. It is nice but it could be so much nicer.

The water was only lukewarm when maxed out with the hot setting. The sink spit out water on the hot setting and made a real mess.
This is the third time I have stayed there so it must tell you how much I like this place. I like that there’s parking right in the front and if there isn’t, there’s a gate that they can open up for you to park privately in the back and it’s covered. I like the idea that the manager knew how to program the remote for the climate control. Many places do not know how to program the remote for winter season when it has to blow out hot air.

Wifi didn't work in the room, strange set-up with the gym located there also. Was difficult to tell who was actually working there.
Tagine dinner was lovely and breakfast was prompt and nice. The staff were all very nice.

The room was a little basic. Sometimes there wasn't hot water. No kettle. Location was quite far from the town centre so taxis were expensive.

The desk chair was very uncomfortable. I also wish I had known in advance that the outdoor pool was going to be closed for winter maintenance. Finally, I wish the kitchen staff had been more attentive when I informed them I wasn't consuming meat or dairy products, as some things were still served with milk / butter.
The property manager, Hussein, was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were nicely maintained and attractive. The gym had plenty of space and machines - and wasn't very busy in the morning.

Very busy area with traffic, lots off coffee shops but no restaurants , not for tourists , but not to far from the airport

Is a bit remote from the town centre, but at the same time, it is safe for evening walk

pool only accessible on certain days based on your gender (many days women only so I could not take my son, then when I was allowed to take my son on the mixed day, there was a bad reaction because they obviously did not want a woman in the pool on the mixed day). Also confirm meal prices before arranging extra meals or you might get a nasty surprise. Also, no ramps so difficult with wheelchair or pushchair
