Cost of food value for money but drinks cost to much

A truly wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, Ouahiba at reception made me feel so welcome with her warm smile and professionalism. The service, food, and room quality were all excellent – it’s very hard to find any fault here. I have stayed in other five-star hotels in Oujda and Saïdia, but this one is far ahead. The others could really learn a few things from the outstanding service and attention to detail here. This is how a real five-star hotel should be. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!

Didn’t get cleaning in my room for 4 consecutive days, but reception apologized. Pity that the gym is only open during the spa opening hours as I like to do some sports in the morning and it only opens at 11AM

I recently stayed at Hotel Terminus and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to Ouahiba, who kindly arranged a room upgrade for us. It made our stay even more special and comfortable! The upgraded room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It really felt like a home away from home. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city. All in all, we had an amazing time at Hotel Terminus. Great service, great location, and a warm personal touch. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially with team members like Ouahiba who go the extra mile for guests.

It has a really nice garden and the staff were nice in general. Ouihida (not sure if i spelled her name correctly) was very kind and helpful. Good service, nice breakfast. Everything was good overall. Abdulsamad was very kind too. Thank you.

The wifi was a little bit slow at times.

Excellent stay at the Terminus. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had excellent conversations with the doorman, Abdessamad. The rooms were also much bigger than expected! Would recommend this hotel and stay here again in the future.

We stayed for one night . The hotel is amazing , we booked a room for 2 but they gave us a suite, it was very comfortable, the room smells so nice , professional and very hospitable staff, the food/buffet is very good and delicious. It was a delightful stay.

The shower was allowing water to leak all over the bathroom.

Staff were super helpful especially Rabha as she spoken English fluently which helped make our stay more enjoyable. All the staff called her constantly for assistance when we had a question or query. Overall the hotel was lovely and a great location.

I liked it all

This is an elegant clean spacious hotel. My room was a beautiful suite with a great view of the pool. The bathroom was huge and elegant and the shower was divine. These things matter when you’ve been traveling all day in North Africa. The staff was incredible… from the doorman to the concierge to the waiter in the lobby… all wonderful. Room service was delicious. The server who delivered it was so kind and hospitable. They even brought a complimentary plate of fruit and deserts just to say welcome to Oudja. It’s super close to the train station. My train didn’t depart until 9pm but the staff took care of my luggage and let me hang in the lobby and read while I waited. I was offered tea many times. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Wonderful experience.

I didn't like the fact that Soufiane is not working 24/7.

The staff were friendly . Especially Soufiane, this guy made everything easy for me , and was very helpful . He is the reason why I keep coming back everytime.

Small detail, but the shower head was wonky, (only sprayed horizontally when not handheld), but other than that a great stay.

Both Reda and Sufian were great hosts for my wife and I.

exceptional stay! The hotel matched the description perfectly, the location was ideal, and the staff, especially Soufian, was extraordinarily accommodating. Soufian stood out with his ability to anticipate our desires, making our stay unforgettable. His hospitality revealed the true beauty of the hotel and Oujda. Soufian even metaphorically turned water into wine, making dreams come true. I almost every night dream of that magical time by the pool, where Soufian seemed to walk on water. An experience that exceeded expectations and touched hearts. Soufian, we love you!
