I asked to clean only the bathroom and put extra soap but they didn’t.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

I gave the female receptionist 200MAD for the city tax which i was 1 person staying for 3 nights which should have been a Total of €7•50 at €2.50 per night which works out at 78.54 MAD she gave me 20MAD change and told me this was right i wasn't sure on the exchange rate until I checked when I got home so she kept the extra 102MAD. The food was lovely however your limited on choice they seemed to be out of stock of most things

The hotel is isolated and we didn’t have a car do found the food menu limited. It’s the same menu for lunch and dinner.

I stayed in a double room, Berber, which was as ground level with a terrace onto the pool. Very simple and spacious and comfortable. Pool and surroundings are lovely.

We had an excellent stay. The accomodation was clean, very spacious, and well-decorated. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Great garden and very quiet and relaxing environment. Highly recommend!

Spent 4 nights here and enjoyed each one. The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, conveniently close to Marrakesh with easy hotel-taxi service, but still in a quiet spot out of the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredible - very attentive and friendly. One review mentioned a lack of English-speaking skills, however we did not find this to be the case whatsoever. The food was lovely; we chose to eat in the hotel several times.

I did not like the bathroom as it needs to be more modern.

The staff are amazing and incredibly friendly especially Saad and one other staff (we forgot the name). The hotel room was nice and clean but the bathroom needs to be more modern and there was not much water coming from the shower head. The food was really good and everything was homemade. Overall the staff were always polite and made everyone smile.

We loved everything about this place! The staff were wonderful and kind, and did everything they could to help us, despite the language barrier. Within less than 5 minutes of being in the pool there would be a towel on the sun lounger. The bar was great and the pool was the perfect size. The food was always excellent. We ate breakfast at the hotel everyday and sampled the lunch and dinner menus on various occasions. Although the location was further from the centre than I had realised, it allowed a more peaceful experience compared to the buzz of the medina, and the staff organised taxis for us so the distance was no issue. They were doing renovations while we were there but it was done in such a way that we were never disturbed or impacted. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

the only thing was that the lights by the bathroom are on motion sensors so there is no sneaking to the bathroom at night

amazing quite retreat. Clean and comfortable.. great place to winddown. Attentive staff who look after your every need. Lovely pool for cooling off and great breakfast. We also enjoyed drinks by the pool.

Staff were very pleasant. Was nothing wrong with them. But being such a small hotel it meant when we arrived there were no other guests there. We were confused by this but couldn’t really speak to the staff as some of their English wasn’t the best. Would have been nice to have had English speaking staff on arrival to explain how the hotel works (breakfast, where the other guests are etc). However having said this, it was a Sunday night so I don’t want to be too harsh especially how good the staff were throughout the rest of the week. They went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome and at ease despite a slight language barrier.

Loved how the property was out of town. The hustle and bustle of Marrakech was exciting but wouldn’t have wanted to stay in the middle of it. Was a welcome break staying in the hotel. The pool made the trip for us. Marrakech was very hot so being able to chill and cool down by the pool in the afternoon was the best bit for us.
