That I could not stay longer! Staying here really makes you not want to leave.

It was perfect. Everything was exactly what we would have wanted and more. Everyone was so friendly, we love the ethos of the place, the style, the vibe, the food is absolutely exceptional, and it's honestly one of the best places I've ever stayed. I don't say this lightly, but this is one place I must come back to. It's really captured my heart. The rescue animals are delightful too! Thank you so much for making a part of our roadtrip so, so magical ♥️

This has to be one of my favourite places I have ever stayed at. I was so happy here that I didn't want to leave. Lovely, authentic buildings, beautiful decor, fantastic surroundings, lovely pool, excellent food, great wine, and a highly entertaining donkey and dog,. Thank you again dear Johanna for being such a welcoming and kind host and such a truly nice person. And thank you Fabrice and Jamila for creating those incredibily delicious and original meals. Nothing (hmmm only maybe some eggs at the breakfast but we stayed only one night and I’m not sure if they change it from time to time). We would stay again here for sure.

Charming place, great staff, first class service (thumbs up to Johanna and especially the young man Yahya from the village who offered 5 stars service). Very good cocktails and reasonable prices for alcohol for Morocco. Dinner very good. A really nice place to reconnect with the nature as it’s a relaxing oasis . Also great recommendation to follow the road that led to Ait Ben Haddou and continue after on the same road to Marrakech. Impressive sights. Best drive we had in Morocco. Thank you!

It was perfection - nothing to rate negatively here

Tigminou was one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully run properties my husband and I have ever stayed at. The owners are absolutely wonderful and do everything in their power to share tips of the local area ahead of your visit (if you want that). The accommodation and the food (breakfast was included in our accommodation price and dinner was extra ) was amazing. Very clean, up to date with amenities, superb pool, lovely drinks outside of meal times (beautiful Moroccan wine was available to drink by the pool!) and the dinner was delicious for the three nights we stayed there. One of the co-owners is the chef and he made different meals every night. They were considering of my allergy and it was superb - food was inspired by French and Moroccan cuisine and every bite was perfection. Highly recommend this location for anyone coming to the area - it’s a must (and we will be back!)

What Johanna and Fabrice have created here is something very special. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Yahya we felt like nothing was too much trouble. Everything about the Maison d'hôtes has been considered with care and no detail has been overlooked. From the design of the plot to the planting to the fabulous poolside, it is simply beautiful. We had a delicious evening meal with wine and a cocktail which represented good value as well. Tigminou has to be the first choice for a stay in the Ait Ben Haddou area. We didn't want to leave!

Joanne welcomed us like family, and our stay felt like home. We had dinner 1 night, and the food was the best we had throughout our time in Morroco. The chef, who is also the owner, modified my dinner to vegetarian dinner. We wanted to book a hamman with them but, unfortunately, they were fully booked. However, Joanne recommended another great location nearby. Owners are very attentive to guests' needs!! Would recommend to family and friends.

Jo and Yahya were incredible hosts! They are so accommodating and helpful. The guesthouse is so beautiful and only 10 minutes from Ait Benhaddou! We stayed for dinner, cooked by Fabrice twice and it was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Lovely, lovely place to stay! The hosts were so kind, attentive, and gave such helpful advice for exploring the area. The property feels like such an oasis. The rooms are extremely clean, new, cozy, and well-kept. A very short drive from Ait Benhaddou. Lovely breakfast. Wish we could have tried dinner because I heard it was delicious but missed the window to RSVP - so be mindful! Jo gave us some very lovely recommendations for dinner in town though - our favorite meal during our trip! Would recommend to everyone and stay here again in a heartbeat.

You have to be on the lookout for the entrance of the hotel, as it is a bit tricky. The WiFi coverage in our room was quite poor.

This Maison is a great stop on the road between Marrakesch and Merzouga. Great place to have a break, relax and chill. The Stuff is doing a great job on keeping with guests comfort and requests. And take in consideretion dinner even if it is extra - it is a mix of French and Maroccan kitchen, one of the best dinners we had in Marocco - prepared with care, fantasy and taste.

We loved our stay at Tigminou. The room was very spacious and private, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool all afternoon. Dinner was delicious, so I highly recommend eating here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It is located close to Ait Benhaddou and Ouarzazate, but remains peaceful and away from the noise. A relaxing and luxurious place to stay, highly recommended.

This was our third visit to Maison d’hotes. It is based on traditional Berber buildings which give it a real authentic feel. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. A special mention to Johanna and her husband Fabrice. The food is absolutely amazing, the environment is one of peace and tranquility. The rooms are clean and traditionally furnished with the required toiletries, such as shower gel and shampoo. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
