It was really a wonderful stay for my family, the staff there are really good and helpful, thanks Samira for all the help, the place is nice and very clean, the pool is clean, also the place is very close to all the shops and restaurants, no transportation is needed. I personally like to stay at this place whenever I visit my country. Thanks Fatima Al Zahra for modifying the reservation, thanks Appartements Zaid see you next year Inshallah.

Samira was delightful and very helpful, even walking with us to show us the best bakery. Ahmed was very attentive, always there at night to help with taxi or directions. Room extremly clean and had a kitchen with everything to make tea on the terrace. Looking forward to returning next time in Marrekesh.

Absolutely loved staying in this apartment during my time in Marrakech. Was originally planning to book a hotel but decided to book an apartment instead and I loved every second of it. We had the whole place to our selves and we had our personal space. It was great!!! The staff - Sameera in particular - was very lovely and very accommodating. I cannot thank Sameera enough for the kind way she treated us throughout our stay. Despite the language barrier, Sameera made sure to attend to our every need and made sure to honour our every request. When we first arrived in Marrakech, we arrived late at night and we encountered some issues but Sameera diffused all our issues the following morning. She helped us with countless of things including arranging breakfast for us after a long tiring journey. We cannot thank Sameera enough for her wonderful hospitality and it is because of her and her alone that I have decided to give this apartment a 5 star review. Sameera didn't just feel like a member of staff, she felt like family at some point as she became really familiar with us (myself and my kids). We appreciate Sameera's kindness so much!!! Next time we come to Marrakech, we'll make sure to book this apartment again. Thank you once again!!! - Mima, Zainab, Aisha, Asmaa and Humairah.

It was a comfortable stay. The location was good, plenty of restaurants close by. The staff didn't all understand English, but with the use of Google they were very welcoming and solved our needs.

I was just staying for a sleep , leave early morning and come back late midnight

No privacy, each time you go to your flat , you need to knock the door to let some one open the gate for you

The apartment was relatively cheap but basic. It is well situated in the Gueliz area bit 40 mins walk to Medina. There was a nice Carrefour nearbye, the Eden Shopping centre and a few nice restaurants such as Fassia (traditional Morrocan) and Melipol (Italian). The apartment had a cooker and fridge.

The apartment was noisy (air conditioning, traffic and fridge) and very basic. The beds were basic and not comfortable.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Gueliz. The facilities were good, just what you need for a short stay in Marrakech - the apartment was secure, clean and the pool was particularly handy especially in Summer - just big enough for the kids to mess around in. But the major draw was the hospitality of Samira, she made sure we were well looked after...- with my basic French and the help of google translate there were no issues. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Love the rooms and space. The host was nice and friendly and helpful

Some cleaning and extra protection for inset , but I will say the can improve some facilities like the bathroom should be revisited.

Rude staff , no breakfast option,jakuzzi didnt work, we wasnt allowed to use the pool either ,no toilet paper ,no mirror in the house etc....

I like the location a lot also the staff who was working there.

Everything was perfect no complaints.
