My room had water leakage that was ignored by the administration also my room was directly in front of the street, that means the whole traffic noise was coming through and I barely could have a nice sleep. The windows are not noise proof. There were barely any kind of choices regarding food. Also not even a fridge where you can put your drinks.

I liked the breakfast and the swimming pool. The staff was nice and there was a working AC in the room

i would have LOVED if someone would google "furniture felt" the sounds coming in to room..all day.. all night.. and the food service hall.. in breakfast time.. every chair. and no one "bothers" to find the time. to "lift" the chair. like it is "polite" to move, not "drag" by floor making the awfull sound. then multiply it with every person in the hotel. but.. this is VERY common thing in spain + and morroco. maybe its new invention.. (its not but any way) social awerenes.. is something to be desired in tooooo many places. its like only people that have live with a baby that needs TOTAL quietness are those that are aware of the noise they make.. ( like how spanish people speak by shouting, even in their own homes. to their own children. cruel. bad parenting, but so is is parents that cannnot take life with out DRUGS. ( alcohol is the only substance in the world that Destroys LOVE and can get between Wife and a husband) no good parent shold ever raise a child and take drugs!!! this is NOT an issue here in Morrocco, but in Europe. thank GOD

izza the kitten. REAL flovers at the pool side. staff was friendly, but SHOULD NOT "touch" the food in bare hands that others will eat. ( crapes that were made outside were turned and by hands. that didnt look all that clean. when "spatulas" are a thing that one should use.

Some plugs were damaged and overused (some very loose enough from the wall).

Value/accomodation performance was outstanding. One can realise that this is not a super luxury accomodation (and no one says that), for a sleeping, relaxing (our room, or more precisely apartment, had a kitchenette) was sufficient. Our "apartment" was clean, quiet, with a view into inner block (on a pool). Hotel has a qreat location (cca 2-3 mins from a hotel there is a bus stop), 10 mins away there is a main railway station. Breakfast was super. I must highlight that a receptionist gave us a room card even if we did not pay instantly (due to malfunction of POS terminal). We could store our things in the room and pay a bit later. Also a local hotel kitty cat was very nice!

Windows and door locks don't work properly. Front rooms are noisy at night. Wifi is not good.. Kitchen was empty and not in a good condition

As aforementioned…. Rooms at front are ridiculously noisy…. Like sleeping on a motorway !

I wish there were at least water bottles in the rooms. Also, the hotel does not accept payments via bank cards but overall we made it work :)

The staff is super friendly. Everybody is ready to help or just answer all your questions. Also, the hotel is very well located. All the local cabs know the place which makes it super easy to move around.

The room appears blank with absolutely no provision, such as a kettle, cap, or airdryer available. The shower room was in disrepair as it does not lock when in use, and no foot mat made available despite this. The discharging staff (the woman) appears unhelpful, pompous and rude with no customer service skills.

The catering staff were good.

You can’t pay with card in the hotel. All is paid with cash. There’s issues with the towels. We had to ask around 5 to 6 times for towels and sometimes they would leave 1 towels in the room and we were 4 people.

We were surprised by the pool area, as we were expecting something smaller. Pool was great size, water was always clean.

It has to be improved for the construction, I mean for the rooms, they need some engineering works: the bathrooms, windows

The property was closed to the city facilities: transport, shops , airport, central historic places Hotel Staff is very professional and nice
