Not enough light in the kitchen because I couldn't get the air cleaner above the cooking area to function.

Great location. Absolutely nice and clean. Airco, kitchen appliances, bathroom, eye for detail. Combi oven is top. Everything from cutlery and glasses to plates are available. Towels for two persons and a clean and good warm shower is available. Toilet is clean and inviting. Cleaning products and a washing machine and a dishwasher are installed and working perfectly. Great location close to Parking St.Antoine and a convenient store. The terrasse is large and an added appreciated value. The price is right, considering the location and facilities.

It was very easy to find and to enter. The instructions were very clear and every request was replied quickly. There is a shop nearby which is very convenient. The room and bathroom is very clean, A/C worked well. Would be very happy to come back😃

After a long journey with little sleep Marion helped accommodate us so we could make the most of our trip. The accommodation was clean comfortable in a nice residential area with a handy shop 200m away and a short walk, 20mins, into the centre 👍👍

Parking was not avaliable. We're in luck next day later at night one man came and move his car. The first day we paid 18 EUR for parking because after 6pm is free. So you pay just during the day. This parking is very near the apartment where police is.

Everyting was great actually. Location, apartment was clean, easy excess to apartment, Marion lady was very kind and helpful over the whatsaap text etc.. good, very good.

The property was absolutely stunning, super cosy and very homely, we will definitely stay here again, the owner of the property was super sweet, very friendly and helpful. She gave us all the instructions we needed as well as a warm welcome. The apartment had everything you needed from a coffee maker to the relevant kitchen equipment. The studio has a beautiful balcony with an amazing sitting area.

Marion was incredibly lovely and helpful throughout. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious with lots of natural light and facilities. It is also located a good distance from the centre of Monaco so that no nighttime noise disturbs you. There is also a couple of bus stops a 20s walk from the building to help get around. A great stay that I'd recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay in Marion's apartment! Marion was a wonderful host — very welcoming and helpful. This is a private host apartment. The host is professional and friendly. The apartment is very spacious, clean and tidy. As the city is very crowded it is not possible to find a parking place directly on the streets near the apartment, but the location is very closed to an affordable parking place. By bus, the city center can easily be reached.

They should remove from their information that parking is free. No space was available on the street for three days, and you can actually park in the parking garage, which is right across the street and costs 15& per day.

Very good apartment. I'm very satisfied. Clean, fresh, comfortable bed, I really liked the big balcony. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Comfortable bathroom. The bus stop is nearby, although everything is within walking distance: beach, shop, center. Well given instructions for finding and entering the apartment. I felt very well taken care of.
