The fine may be due to the fact that you parked elsewhere than at this location (probably on the street). This is in no way our fault so should not influence your note on our housing). The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach and the walk to access it is very pleasant. The principality of Monaco is built on the Coline and therefore there are many stairs and elevators to get to the different places. It’s known for that. Sir, your return particularly shocks me. You tell me by message about an excellent stay and you note the complete opposite in the comments, it's not very honest of you. 1. The apartment is located on the border of Monaco, as indicated in the title. We can't be clearer than that. The address indicated on booking is: Chemin de La Rousse. The Chemin de La Rousse is a path linking Monaco to France and the residence is below all along this path. The address is therefore correct but access to the car park is at the top of the path which is therefore located in Beausoleil. So you are playing with words. We are always very clear about all the information given from the moment of booking, which explains the very good rating of our accommodation. Oddly it bothers you. Monaco is made up of many stairs to get from one place to another. If you don't want to walk this is not the best place to stay.. 2. The swimming pool is indeed a private residence swimming pool. You can imagine that a studio does not have such a large swimming pool (photos). It is very little frequented and is located just above the open-air apartment. You say it is not cleaned but that is completely false. A cleaning company comes in many times a week to ensure it is as clean as possible! You came on a windy and rainy day, we can't control the weather. 3. This point particularly shocks me! Booking manages payments. I have no control over it. However, in the event of damage to the apartment, a deduction by bank loan can obviously be made by booking and not by myself. This must be justified by time-stamped photos. This is identical to how hotels operate and completely normal in the event of a big problem! We ask our guests to respect the apartment and NOT to clean it! We say that a cleaning company intervenes after each traveler leaves. You are on vacation and you are not there to clean, your perception is completely wrong! You therefore have no refund to receive because no withdrawal has been made! I am sorry to know that all these points have bothered you, unfortunately there must be a percentage of people who are dissatisfied despite all the efforts I make to make the stay of my travelers as good as possible... The apartment is located on the border of Monaco, as indicated in the title. We can't be clearer than that. The address indicated on booking is: Chemin de La Rousse. The Chemin de La Rousse is a path linking Monaco to France and the residence is below all along this path. The address is therefore correct but access to the car park is at the top of the path which is therefore located on Boulevard Guynemer. In no case 40 minutes separates these two places since these two places are similar. We are always very clear about all the information given from the moment of booking, which explains the very good rating of our accommodation. 3. If you chose our apartment, it was because it was within your budget. We always do everything we can to ensure that our travelers' stay goes as smoothly as possible! In terms of services and during the summer period, our accommodation is in the low price range. This not for 1 and a half days but rather 2 nights and 3 days. Travelers have nothing to do. They just have to respect the apartment because it has a price and we are keen to keep our apartment as clean as possible! Under no circumstances are you asked to do cleaning or anything else! We pay a cleaning company for this. They intervene after the departure of each traveler! So there is supposed to be NO stress if you are a respectful person who does not have the habit of degrading. 4. We offer self-check-ins for the convenience of our travelers. In fact, this is always very appreciated because it allows them to arrive at the time they want without having to worry about making an appointment. When we can, we come to meet them. Moreover, let me tell you that we have done everything possible to allow you a very early arrival at the beginning of the afternoon rather than 6 p.m. (time noted on your reservation). Thank you for the way you gave it to us! No additional fees are charged. Only in the event of damage with time-stamped proof, fees apply per booking and not per me. This is normal. 5. Your comment aims to harm us by talking about other places to stay. Everything is different, you compare a hotel where you have never stayed, with our apartment which always receives excellent comments! 6. and 7. We provide sheets and towels as well as everything you need to have the best possible stay: toilet paper, hand towel, welcome coffee and tea…. Our household linen is carefully washed with softener and dried by our teams! We have never had any complaints about this, quite the contrary!! 8. I wish you to be satisfied one day! Rent hotels now if private apartments are not that suitable for you.
