NO LAUNDRY SERVICE... After three weeks on the road, we needed it and there are no laundrettes in the vicinity (expensive dry cleaners yes, 1 km away)

The hotel better than I saw in the pictures. Location is good. There is a traditional restaurant across the hotel and a supermarket takes 2 minutes by walking. Large rooms and comfort bed and bathroom, a delicious breakfast with sufficient variety.

Good location in downtown Chișinău. A better hotel than some in European capitals. Close to eating places (Sincer, Sisters, and Panadero cafés on nearby Eminescu Street). Oliva Verde restaurant is jusy across the street. The grocery store is within 1 minute walk. Clean and air-conditioned room. Good shower. Friendly staff. Good coffee is available in the lobby bar upon request (50 MDL).

We liked everything.

A very luxurious hotel in the city center, probably the most elegant and cleanest I have stayed in in recent years in Chisinau. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor, with an exceptional view over the city. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast is poor especially for a country to produce one of the best wines in the world they present you the most horrible wine that you can buy in the city also the juices and water very cheap and the worst thing of everything is there are no TV channels in a different language only Russian and Romanian

It is a very nice property in a very good location for walkers, in just 10 mins walk you can get to the center, but I suggest this hotel than any hotels in center, cause the staff is very friendly, You will feel like at home and dont need to worry at all.

Great place to stay. Impeccably clean and tidy. Spacious room and good shower. Room cleaned regularly. Located close to the main street and restaurants. The grocery store and Cafe Oliva are right next to the hotel.

The breakfast is not open buffet, and prepared upon guest arrival, but it is too much, it may be prepared upon the guest preferance.
