The only downside was that my room was facing the corridor, so there was no fresh air.

The staff were amazing, the location was perfect, and my room was very clean.

There are no parking lots for the property, only luck not to find the car blocked for half a day by random unfriendly and angry locals in the courtyard or by the street. Extra fee is applied for room cleaning. We've asked for towels and sheets to be changed, but in the evening they've told us that there was no spear key for the room and they gave us the towels in a garbage bag, to change ourselves. Also.. in there was a bug among them.. Photos attached The "hotel" does not have an elevator, so there is quite unpleasant to carry the luggages to the top floor.

We were surprised to find that we were rationed to one cup of coffee for breakfast. Also surprised to find that the beer we bought was nearly double the price stated on the menu provided in the room.

TV access is limited.Breakfast is not bad,but not too generous. There was no coffee,not even on request.Two days I had a choice between black and fruit teas,two days I had fruit tea and some beverages only.

The room was very comfortable and absolutely clean,bathroom renovated and bright. The staff was helpful und friendly.Although you are in the centre of the city the hotel is in a backyard and absolutely quiet.You can reach the mainstreet (Bd.Stefan cel mare) and the big central market within some minutes by walk.All other sights are in walking distance, too ! The whole hotel was extremely clean in every aspect,carpets are new and everything is well looked after.A fridge,a kettle and an iron are in the room.

The room was small, the window on the ceiling could not be opened. The smell of tobacco in the bathroom and the impossibility of airing the bathroom. There was only one towel in the room, although we announced that we were a couple. We asked for other towels which were then given to us. The staff at the canteen did not speak English or any other language except Russian. The reaction of the reception staff when we wanted to pay with a card, saying that the POS did not work and it was better to pay in cash, but towards the evening we insisted and paid with a card.

The location of the hotel is close to the center and the market. The linen, room and bathroom were clean. The staff was cooperative!

Welcoming was not pleasant. We felt as we disturbed someone in the middle of the night. Even I texted in advance our late night arrival time and we arrived as I planned, the meeting lady was not ready at reception, we called her and she came sleepy and with mood down. I booked a normal double (with pink or violet bathroom), but we got one at mansard and we had to climb up all the stairs to the top with 2 heavy backpacks and 1 big suitcase. No water in the room even for charge. I drank tap water in the middle of the night. By the way, tap water is good there.)) No water on the main corridor next to reception. If you don't have MDL, just pay for the hotel by card, because hotel's exchange rate is higher.

Central location - 20 min by foot to Stefan cel Mare monument. That's why we chose this hotel. Very comfortable bed and white clean bedlinen. Very good water pressure at bathtub. Breakfast was ok, but not 4* level. Cleaning was good. Kitchen lady was lovely.

Reception staff were rude. Booked a triple room gave me a double room. Told me that’s what I had booked. Poured out it said triple room on my booking form. After 20 minute wait they gave me a 4 bed room. Next day we asked the receptionist where we could get a taxi. She looked at us then carried on texting

The first room where I stayed looked a bit oldish, the second room where I stayed was nice but there was a constant humming noise from some sort of heating system.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable.

There are no hand soap/shower gel/shampoo in the room, there is only liquid soap in dispenser. For this price it should be.
