hotel is run by a very nice couple, the pool is great - the rooms are super basic, I didnt even have a dark curtain in my room so was awake from 4:30 the first night, they provided a blanket to put in front of part of the window to make it a bit darker, so it was a bit better the next days.

I wouldnt expect to pay roughly 70€ per night for rooms that are this basic. I also had to sleep with ear plugs every night, as the staircase works like an amplifier - you can hear every word spoken in any of the levels or the reception. One of our rooms didnt even have a proper bed but a pull out couch instead.

Anna was so lovely and hospitable and she served us marvelous Coffee! Edem hotel is so CLEAN and comfortable, next time we want to stay there again! The swimming pool was so beautiful! We really enjoy staying there!

It is not a hotel , it’s like a house where the owner live inside

No hospitality, it’s a place to make money . The lady it’s not very polite . She is interested almost about earning money If you want to pay with the credit card , she is not very happy . Very expansive breakfast , almost the same , few product ( industrial ) 10 euros !! A lot for people leaving in Moldavia !

Even one of ladies on the reception dask did not speak english, we comunicate everything and she helps me with everything. Every time we met she checked if everything is ok. Felt very welcome, safe and familiar.

Really nice Hotel. 10 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet neighborhood. Nice pool, drinks available, kitchen which you can use to prepare your breakfast. The hotel is clean and the room was very comfortable. The lady at the reception is great. Helping us all the time and make us feel at home. If you are in town for a couple of days, absolutely the right place to be.

The area was central but the Street dark and uneven.

The place was clean, hosts were friendly and they let us pay in a different currency (in cash) , just 20 minutes walk to city center.

We could not pay by card. Also seems a bit overpriced for what you get, but overall it was ok.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable place. Definitely coming again.

The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. We came in late, and wanted to eat, so she helped us order Moldovan national dishes. She helped carry suitcases upstairs, she let us use staff fridge to keep our food.

The rooms are fancy, but no warmth to them. The upholstery had dirty spots, though the room furniture was posh, but not very clean. Overall, the price is way too high for the quality of the room (no breakfast provided, though they have a small restaurant-like room).

- The garden and pool are an oasis of relaxation. - The hosts are very kind. - Cleanliness, towels were changed every day.

Anna is a wonderful host. She made arrangements to accommodate our check-in, which was in the middle of the night, and met us with a smile and in a good spirit. The hotel is very clean, quiet and has a hommy atmosphere. We were able to rest and prepare for the next leg of our trip.

Anna and Igor were great hosts, very helpful, accommodating and friendly. We arranged airport transfer with them, well priced and convenient.

The staff were really nice and helpful. There was a swimming pool at the location, which we didn’t use, but looked really nice. The room is clean and breakfast was ok!

The pillows and the bed seemed pretty old, so it’s a bit hard to have a good night of sleep. Bathroom is tiny and the shower makes a water mess due to it’s placement

The stay was spoiled by not transparent charges regarding the cost of transfer from aırport to the hotel and back

we wanted to pay by credit card and was told they didn’t accept credit cards, which was NOT true. there was NO hot water in our room! stay elsewhere.
