The staff is not so friendly and I didn’t find them so helpful either . I don’t like the air freshener they use everywhere it gets to my head and it smells melon everywhere . The kitchen organisation is really good. Internet works but not perfectly so not ideal for video calls . The bathrooms are clean but sometimes they smell really bad it’s probably the sewage

I sat in my bed one morning and watched one of the staff come in and go to a bed of someone who left that morning. She threw the duvet cover on the floor, wiped the sheet a few times with her hand, then folded the duvet cover and put it back on the bed! When I asked at the front desk about this, it was confirmed that they do not change the sheets if a guest has only stayed one night (at least, that's what they said. Maybe they do not change them after longer stays, who knows). I was disgusted.Sleeping on someone else's sheet, with a duvet cover that was on the floor on top of you... I don't think anything else matters but, if you do, I will also note the dorm room was VERY small, I didn't even really have a place to put my backpack. There is also very little social area, so there's not really a good hostel vibe, and the only real social space that exists is right outside one of the dorm rooms, meaning if people use it at night, it disturbs people trying to sleep in that room.

The hostel is perfect! Safe, comfortable, clean, great location. Definitely one of the best hostels I've been too. The staff is friendly and helpful.

No air condition some timet and its bad whem hot... cant sleep.. but at the all everything is ok

The location is great, in the heart of the city. I liked the decor, super nice. Clean showers and toilets. Perfect place to overnight, meet cool people, talk, enjoy life.

Towels could be kept of a higher quality. The shower could have shower gel. The bigger storage room would probably help some travellers.

İç dizaynı harika Ruben was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He gave us great tips on how to explore the city, and the hostel itself was very nice and clean.

The location of the hostel was excellent. The staff was super helpful and the owner, Rubens, made his best to guarantee our comfort and always talked to us in good humour (a plus is that he also speaks Portuguese)! He also organises tours to Orhei and Transnistria. The latter exceed all of my expectations and we had a truly immersive experience that lasted for a full day! The hostel was pristine, organised and the the bed and pillow were really really comfortable!! Next time I come to Chisinau, I will definitely stay in the hostel!

Aesthetic hostel and beautifully crafted interiors . The owner Rubens has thoughtfully designed the property . Beds were super comfy and the toilets were sparkling clean . And not to miss the famous Transnistria tour with him. No one does like that which you will realise after the Tour !

It was really cozy and you can easily meet up with other travellers at the common area, the kitchen or in the garden. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a really cheap price and the location was good.

Some facilities in the bathroom didn’t work properly. There was just a very small window in the room, which means you don’t really get natural light.

The wooden beds have probably dried out with the arrival of summer and are squeaking. This causes discomfort at night.

This place is "totally cool" 😎 In a word, "tranquility" - my go-to place. As an oftentimes weary traveler, it's so great to be received by kind/friendly people and find everything to be nicely provided late at night. The mattress is ☆☆☆☆☆. P.S. - great location for bus/train station connections.
