The room has obvious traces of wear and tear in places, such as dirty walls and uncovered wallpaper. The light in the room is not at optimal capacity, in the evening it is weak, insufficient for a family with a child. The pillows are small and not comfortable, being almost flat. Even when stacked, they do not provide a restful sleep. The shower cabin does not have a dedicated support / space for storing bathroom accessories, such as shower gel, shampoo, etc. The breakfast is a la carte, served in five variants, of which only three are real, the rest can be considered rather as dessert. Of all these, only one can be chosen, along with a coffee and a juice. There is no personalized menu for children, as well as dessert is not included. The staff is not sufficiently trained in providing tourists with detailed information about moving around the city, visiting tourist attractions in the city or its surroundings. When recovering luggage, you go on trust, there is no ticketing system for owner validation.

From the airport you can get by bus 30 in forty minutes to the Casa Presei station and from there another ten minutes walk to the hotel. Most of the sights, as well as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, including the main central boulevard Stefan cel Mare, are just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel is a tasteful one with great attention to detail. The room where we were accommodated was one equipped with modern minimalist furniture, with mini bar, TV HD, double bed plus another mobile one for the child, shower cabin and storage closet. We had breakfast on the top floor of the hotel, which is very beautifully decorated, with floral flavors in places. The staff, responsive and communicative, helped us keep our luggage safe, until the room (204) was ready, gave us a tourist map and provided minimal information for moving around the city. In conclusion, the strengths of the hotel are its positioning, the restaurant terrace, the room with modern furniture, as well as the exemplary cleanliness and the accessories offered / changed daily – towels, soap, shower gel, etc.

The heating was too high and there was a construction site right outside my ground floor room, it was not possible to switch rooms and therefore loud in the mornings. Breakfast ok, not great.

The hotel is in a great location within easy walking reach of the main attractions…Triumphal Arch, Cathedral and museums. The hotel is clean and modern with a restaurant on the top floor where breakfast is served. The breakfast menu is found in the room and the dishes were beautifully presented. The oddest feature was the clear glass wall of the bathroom, but fortunately there was a curtain which could be drawn for modesty!

In the room there is a booklet stating the "fines" and amount if you will damage anything in the room, also they give you a stamped paper to sign when you check in (with some text that you are not allowed to take the kettle with you or so :) ). The booklet in the room with "rates" I do find ridiculous..

Clean comfortable hotel, everything was OK. Breakfast is from menu, so food is fresher than buffet, but take a bit more time until they prepare it compared with buffet.
