BulgariaOur room had a minibar, but it was empty and disconnected from power. As with most hotels in Moldova, TV channels are plentiful, but practically useless to non-Moldovans and there are very few of the important international channels. Useless to say, things as international sports events are inaccessible. This is nothing major, of course, but I am sure that the annual payment for a really good and full TV package, spread out on the number of rooms and the average number of busy nights per annum, would result in literally a few cents per room per night and it is a shame that hotel managements rarely see things that way.
The hotel is conveniently located, close enough to the city centre and the major attractions, yet in a quiet part of the broader city centre. Formally there is not a designated parking area, but there are a few parking places just in front and they keep them blocked. The hotel restaurant is really good, same applies to the breakfast. Service is friendly and helpful.

United KingdomMy room, although quiet during my stay, faced internally onto the dining room. So the curtains had to be drawn at all times and there was no view. The breakfast room was dominated by a television which was on, fortunately the sound was off. Soft music or silence might be a better ambience.
The breakfast was traditional and ample. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is 1.3 km from main center (15-20min walking) in a quiet area., close to different embassyes. The rooms are clean and larger than usual. It offers slippers and bathrobe which is not usual for a 3* hotel. The towels are changed daily. There are enough options for breakfast. There is a parking place in front of hotel but for a limited number of cars
