Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThere was almost no light in the room for the evening. Very dim light, practically not usable for much. The TV was not set. You could not watch anything other than YouTube. Poor internet connection. The furniture in the room was almost non-existent. Other than the bed, there was just a place by the door with a few hangers, a table and a chair. Insufficient electrical outlets, as well. No proper storage for clothes available. No insect screens, so the window could not be left open during the night. There was absolutely no cleaning during our stay (daily housekeeping is advertised). A single tiny thrash bin was available. Shower drainage was almost clogged, we had to remove some hair ourselves in order to make it work properly. The sink was tiny, and cold water was barely running. The amount paid is quite high, given so many things were missing or not functioning properly.
The hotel is located at the edge of the city, but, since Orhei is not large, it was quick to reach the city center. It was quiet, and a room of fair size, generally comfortable. The parking spots were sufficient, and conveniently placed under the windows, where you could easily see the car. Large window, allowing plenty of natural light to get in. The air conditioning unit was a blessing during the hot summer days. The room was clean, as was the entire hotel. It looks new, and pleasant.

MoldovaBreakfasts options - I'd prefer to have more choice because I don't eat meat and ham but I had to still pay the same price to have things I won't eat. Thanks to Glovo service I wasn't left hungry.
I liked the staff, they were polite and really helpful with aything. The hotel is very nice and the room was clean, all the facilities worked well. Nice walk from the hotel to the city center.

GermanyThere was unfortunately a bit of a bad smell in the bathroom. We had the impression that the pipes were not cleaned in a long time. Unfortunately some of the staff did not speak English very well but thanks to google translate it was not a huge issue to communicate.
The location is good to explore Orhei and the hotel has free parking which is great. The staff was friendly and helpful despite a lack of proper English language skills. The rooms had a good size and were pleasant.
