How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was wonderful
I had a wonderful stay at the TA Collection Hotel in Chișinău. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive from start to finish. They allowed me to check in early, provided a delicious breakfast, and even let me check out late on my departure day. The hospitality was outstanding — everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The food was excellent, the service was professional and warm, and they even assisted me with my luggage. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. When I return to Moldova, I will absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chișinău!

Everything was great.
From outside it doesn’t look like much (the building is hidden in a yard behind the front street buildings) but it’s great location, within walking distance to all main attractions. The bus from the airport stops in front. The room and bathroom were big and modern, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Staff was nice and helpful, speaking several different languages.

New and modern furniture, comfortable bed, very nice and thoughtful amenities - coffee machine always available for free use, washer and dryer, wireless chargers etc. Nice and friendly staff, very good breakfast and safe gated parking available in front of the hotel (we arrived with a motorcycle).

The only small negative thing that I noticed was a weird fishy smell in the bathroom when I checked in, however it already got better the next morning and wasn't bothering me too much anyways, it was just noticeable.
The room was very nice, the bed was big and very comfortable to sleep on. WiFi worked very well and TV has YouTube and Netflix preinstalled so that was very good as well. Minibar is also available and well stocked. The bathroom has all the necessities anybody could need. The staff in the hotel were also nice and helpful.

The room was a bit tight, but I knew what I was getting. The elevator tends to be slow, particularly when the hotel is fairly busy.
The breakfast was enjoyable; however, the variety could have been a bit wider. The location is good, with everything you need just a short walk away. Having a washing machine and dryer was a huge advantage.

The breakfast area is too small for number of guests, in the morning it is crowded.
Amazing Location, right in the central street, everything you want (restaurants, walk, parks) is around.

The hotel is located in an inner courtyard behind a gate, so it took me a moment to find it at first. Breakfast was not very extensive or particularly tasty.
Before arriving, I had read many negative reviews, but in my experience everything went smoothly and I had no issues at all. The staff were professional and did their jobs well. Free coffee from the machine was a nice touch, and it tasted great. The location is excellent, with a shopping mall right across the street and the city center within reasonable walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the smart TV with YouTube worked perfectly. Overall, a pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations.

Really friendly and helpfull personnel and the breakfast was great! The hotel is situated in the city center only a short distance away from major attractions and train- and bus station.

Everything was great and we would choose this hotel again.
I traveled with my husband and we stayed here for two nights while and assisted us in calling a taxi visiting Chisinau ROOM: Our room was very comfortable, pretty big and with lots of space for our luggage and other stuff. Plenty of outlets for charging our phones and watches. The temperature was pleasant, the AC system worked very well. BED: The bed was okay for us, pretty comfortable. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was okay. There was a decent choice of cold cuts, vegetables and juices were okay. Always happy to see scrambled eggs and sausages or bacon, like it was here in the hotel. SURROUNDINGS: The hotel is located near the central square and the park so the location was great for us. There is a market near by, exchange office, Mc Donald's and cafes in the neighborhood, and a great restaurant La Placinte with tasty and affordable food. We missed the bar with the terrace, but in front of a hotel there is a small seating area for smokers like us. COMMUNICATION: The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was beyond polite - pleasant, fast, informative. Maria at the reception was a gem - she answered all our questions, assisted us in calling a taxi and even helped us to book the winery tour when it was sold out - she really is an example of hospitality.

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the interior design felt stylish and welcoming. Staff at the reception were friendly and check-in was quick and smooth. The location is convenient — close to the city center with cafes and shops nearby.

The room is amazing.the shower and the toiletries are good quality . The king size bed was my heaven after a long flight . The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Buffet breakfast had a big variety of food to eat.
