My room was on 1st floor and I could hear people talking at the reception. It was good there's an extra door to the corridor dividing room from the reception so I had a good sleep. I had to pick my things from the floor - carpet under the bed hasn't seen vacuuming in ages.

Staff was super helpful. I got breakfast as an extra, it was good but it isn't worth 11 EUR. Room was spacious facing a back of the building with lots of green. It also had a nice bathroom with essentials.

Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are comfortable. It looks like a house with rooms to rent rather than a typical hotel. I initially stayed in a simple room without any view and was later upgraded to an apartment with a nice street view. The TV did not seem to work in the apartment and it took long to heat it as the aircon was not strong enough for the size of the apartment. If you are staying on the ground floor, you will hear some noise from the reception. They should have a mini fridge in the rooms. The location is good, within walking distance to the cathedral and Arc.

We have a room at the 4 floor. There were not elevator and we lift two 23 kg baggage by ourself. It was terrible, because we are two girls. I think if you do so, service should help with that.

Location is very good, right in the city center. Nice place to stay for the reasonable price. There are plenty of parking spots around. Restaurants and bars are in walking distance as well.

I have no issues with the facilities, it's excellent however how the hotel made us feel is another story. When we checked in, we were told we can't pay using cards which forced us to use our cash. A little inconvenience as we already funded our cards with hotel payment. We paid the rent plus out of the package breakfast (it was not offered but the receptionist whose name starts with V, offered it). We paid the rent and breakfast and expected a change of 110 Moldovian Leu the next day because the change was not available at that time. Unfortunately when we take it the next day, the same receptionist forced me to consider it as a tip. This ruined my overall experience.

Great location, near to the center. Well-maintained. Highly recommended for your next trip in Chisinau.

Walls with the adjacent rooms appear to be very thin so you can hear everything that happens next door. Therefore of your neighbours choose to have a late night your sleep is inevitably affected. This happened in my case. This is not the hotel’s fault, they cannot control general public.

I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning so could not see much. My room, bedding and the shower room were very clean. Everything worked as expected. Alex at the reception was very helpful in the evening and morning. However, if you need to get up early, do rely on your alarm.

There is no possibility to pay by card. Cash only. If you pay in € or $, the payment will be given to you in lei. No one warned about this in advance, and there was no information during registration.

The Hotel is a converted Townhome with different rooms. The room i had was on the second floor. Was very spacious, much more then i expected so that was very nice. There is no elevator in the building. The staff was very nice. The location is great, it is about 4 blocks down from the main center city area. I would certainly recommand this for either a single stay or two people.
