The air conditioner was not working well, and there was not enough air in the room. The refrigerator was loud and distracting at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Since my next flight was at night and no buses were operating, the hotel arranged a taxi for us that picked us up from the reception to take us to the airport, which was very helpful. 24-hour reception, ladies were very nice and were ready to help us any time. Additionally, there was unlimited water available near the reception.

Bed lining was absolutely synthetic, could see the sparkles of static electricity in the dark. No elevator and no rails, you must carry your luggage upstairs and downstairs (our room was on the 3rd floor if count like 1st 2nd 3rd)

Smell of chlorine after appartment cleaning was too strong

Hotel has very convinient accomodation. Close to the airport and botanical garden. All necessary shops are in a few minutes walk

Management issues, if they change the price of breakfast from 140 to 200, they should change the pricelist in the room. If i have a non refundable prepaid booking, i shouldnot be bothered with when i arrive etc.

Hotel is close to the road, noisy environment at night. Shower needs a repair, water leaks on the floor. No elevator, steep stairs.

I like that they text me to remind about my arriving day, asking what time I arrive. First hotel where they were so engaged. And they offer a big room. Lovely 🫶🏻

However, the bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell, and there was no soundproofing — everything happening in the hallway could be clearly heard.

The hotel has a very convenient location, just a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The single room was good and had enough space.

Lots of stairs and no one to help with family luggage. No elevator.

Clean and right next to the Zoo. Breakfast was fine.

Mattress on the double bed was really uncomfortable. Also, synthetic blankets were uncomfortable as well and caused a lot of static electricity - hope they could be replaced, so our next stay would be more enjoyable

I thing the hotel is not for 4 star. because there have some minuses. 1. We can not find the water in the room it is too bad to go first floor for water from our room. 2. the personal is not friendly and they did not help for the first time when we came to hotel with 2 little kids. 3. For the tea you should pay extra but for 4 star hotel it should be free. 4. Walls too thin we heard everything from the other rooms. Actaully it is to bad.

Lovely and peaceful place to stay. The staff were kind, the room was clean, and the atmosphere felt warm and relaxing. Great spot for a short getaway in Chisinau.

We didn't expect so small room.

My husband returned from breakfast completely unhappy. He is old generations man and used to have more pleasant and clean atmosphere. Also about staff. It was two front desk person with completely different behavior. So it is difficult to rate staff. But one of them was very nice. Thank you.

Cozy, modern and comfortable for short layover. Driver was exceptional… name sign waiting as soon as I exited customs… huge help with heavy baggage arriving and departing.
