I really enjoyed my stay there, the staff was exceptional and were able to help me with eveyrthing, my room was spatious and very clean also comfortable. The restaurant has a very rich menu and affordable prices, the breakfast was really good! Will come back for sure for another stay in Chisinau.

Breakfast options limited There is no private parking (free parking is specified) but they direct you to park in front of the hotel which are public spaces. If you are unlucky, you won't find a spot.

The room can get quite chilly despite 20 degrees celcius outside. So, needed to put on some heating but the heating was not very strong. Conference room in the basement similarly was quite cold. Need to improve heating/insulation system.

Room was tastefully decorated and modern. Good size of room and bathroom, very clean. Bed was comfortable and the room I had was very calm and quiet (as per my request). Housekeeping staff are discrete, you do not hear them cleaning up neighbouring rooms. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good, offering local delicacies and some hot/continental breakfast option. There is also a nice garden terrace. The location of the hotel is great, you can walk to the city center (the Triumphal Arch, Cathedral Park) and Valea Morilor Park (Cascade Stairs) within 20-25 minutes.

the reservation said 2 full beds. We had 1 (amazing) bed and a couch transformed into a bed.

I spent 4 days with my daughter at the hotel. If I start from the beginning. Parking problem. Unfortunately, no one will provide you with a parking space, so you are dependent on random parking on the street. Sometimes it is a problem. Unfortunately, most of the receptionists do not speak English very well and it is difficult to communicate with them. No one explained anything to us upon arrival or pointed out anything. The room is clean and very nice and spacious. What I can really appreciate is the cleaning. Breakfast was very weak at the beginning. It had to be ordered from the menu card. The next days breakfast was Swedish style. For me, breakfast was weak. I would expect much more from a four-star hotel. The biggest problem of the hotel is their evening music events, which end well after 10 pm. They are so annoying that you cannot sleep at all. I had to really insist several times that they do something about the situation. In the end, we got 2 rooms so that I could sleep in another part of the hotel. However, the last day was a total fiasco. They had an event in the hotel somewhere on the ground floor, the noise was so loud that the whole hotel shook. I was about to call the police, they turned the music down. I even spoke to the manager and as an apology we got a basket of fruit. But the hotel is absolutely considerate of the guests who sleep in the hotel before mass events, which probably bring them more money. If you want silence to sleep, avoid the hotel. We will never, ever come to that hotel again.

if your room is facing to the backyard where is the terrace is, then you will most likely have problem when you want to sleep. You will hear all the noises.

They had banquets each night with very loud music, fireworks and intoxicated people chanting and yelling until after midnight. They didn’t warn their guests or have any options for a quieter room.

The room was nice, plenty of room by American standards. Comfortable bed and very nice bathroom.

The breakfast offerings need significant improvement. The selection was limited, and the food lacked flavor and quality. I strongly recommend changing the menu, introducing local flavors, to provide a more enjoyable and satisfying experience for guests.

The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options available. We asked the staff to fix the safe in our room, but they never addressed the issue. The curtains were inadequate at blocking out light, making it difficult to sleep in the morning. The air conditioning was weak and struggled to cool the room effectively, leaving it uncomfortably warm. No assistance with luggage was offered upon check-in or check-out. When ordering room service, we were required to pay immediately upon delivery, which was very inconvenient.

The hotel's location was excellent. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade without even requesting it.

The property has a beautiful courtyard that is occasionally rented out for events. Sometimes it can get a little noisy. Seems to usually happen on the weekends but when I was there they cut it off at 2200 so not too bad.
