How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

On the downside, the room was located on the top floor and there was no elevator, which could be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Also, the blanket provided was a bit small for two people, although we didn’t ask for an extra one.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary glass of wine offered daily per person — such a nice touch!

We really enjoyed our stay in wine hotel: very friendly staff, comfortable and pretty big room(even for the family of 4), simple, but fresh and tasty breakfast. The most we loved the location, not so central, but near huge and beautiful parks and with variety of good restaurants in a walk distance. (the most we enjoyed la placinta and Cheenomorka) And of course the main hotel's theme - wine(a glass of wine as a compliment from the hotel and good choice of local wines to buy).

A man was already in my room when I checked in !! The guy from reception told me it was a misunderstanding and the guy should not have been there. I had to insist a bit to have the bedsheets changed as the guy had been resting on those. Eventually he changed those for me as I was not very keen to sleep on a bed already used by someone else.
Kind staff and welcome Moldovan glass of wine and well stocked mini bar

Pretty nice hotel. Glass of wine daily is a unique gesture for guests. Simple breakfast at the reception. I would go there again, if went to Chisiniau in the future. Staff speaks English, very easy and good communication.

Noisy. Needed better noise protection from corridor
Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality I had a wonderful experience at Wine Hotel Chișinău. The staff is excellent—friendly, professional, and all of them speak Russian, which made communication very easy. Their customer-oriented approach truly stands out. One of the highlights of my stay was the warm welcome I received upon check-in on February 14th, including a delightful glass of wine. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel instantly at home. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I travel to Chișinău. Highly recommended!

No signs on ground eye level to indicate it is a hotel , there were people checking in in the early hours making a lot of noise,i was woken up two nights on the trot also the coffee that came with the breakfast was the cheap instant kind although you could pay for a cup of real coffee

Soundproof in not the best, no elevator, but no worries, staff will help you with the luggage.
Great location with kind and attentive staff. Rooms are clean and feature a warm floor for added comfort. You can enjoy the complimentary glass of wine and the variety of wines available to taste and purchase. Breakfast was decent. Internet is stable and fast. Overall, a pleasant stay! Variety of wines, you can try some and buy.

Very good selection of Moldovan wine. I did not have cabin baggage so could not buy any. Had to use the airport duty free where the 9 euro hotel wine was 12 euro. Says it all about duty free shopping in many parts of the world

THe hotel doesn't have an elevator however the stff helped with luggage.
The staff and there support was excellent. They held my luggage while i looked at the area and city center. Bus route to the city center was perfect.

One fishes the room had a little bit more furniture, at least an extra chair. Breakfast a bit too basic to be equally enjoyed every morning.
Comfortable and spacy. Nice views of the cisty from windows and balconies. Staff friendly and considerate, ready to assist you at all times.

Staff were very helpful and accomodating breakfast was adequate - not a lot of choice but ok for the price and what we wanted Hotel was 4 bus stops from the centre of Chisnau

climbing up and down the stairs to the 4th floor.
A big light and airy room, a more than adequate breakfast, in a nice area, staff were friendly and helpful, a very competitive price too.

The hotel doesn’t have the elevator and it’s on the 4th floor. The guy helped but anyway it’s not convenient

The air conditioner was turned on before my check-in, so after a super hot day, I entered a perfectly cool room. Thank you for that! The room itself was cozy, and a bed was perfect to sleep on. Got help with luggage, in the morning with taxi to the airport. Satisfied!
