– Excellent hotel — everything is thoughtfully organized down to the smallest detail. – I give 10 stars for comfort without hesitation. And if it were possible to give 20 stars for comfort and the attentiveness of the staff — I absolutely would! – The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Special thanks to Mariam — he was always ready to assist, very friendly, and always willing to offer helpful advice. – We traveled along the Montenegrin coast and stayed in several different hotels, so we had a chance to compare — and this one truly stands out. It’s definitely one of the best we stayed at during our trip. – In my opinion, this is the best hotel in the area. – We stayed for two weeks, so we had plenty of time to get a full impression — and it was entirely positive. – The hotel is spotless and very comfortable. Towels were changed regularly, and the room was always clean. – The staff truly cares — the level of hospitality was exceptional. – Very convenient for families with children. – The beach nearby is perfect, especially for families with small kids.

There is a restaurant just below/in front of the house with a chimney which produces the smell and smoke from 9am till 10 pm. Not big deal but little bit annoying :)

Very good location, just 100m from the beach, very nice view, big shared terrace where you can relax or drink a beer. Easy check in/check out. Place to park your car which really helps, because it's not easy to find a free spot on this street.

The hotel is in a quiet location just across from the start of the Long Beach. Parking was easy in their lot next to the property. We were greeted with a welcome drink on the large and comfortable shared terrace space with an excellent view. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and they made our little daughter feel special.

Adriatic apartments are located in the first line near the sea,so the location is excellent,they have market and pizzeria in front of the house. Everything was clean and the host was very friendly,and we had welcome drinks on the house :) Has a private parking on the site

In 5 nights holiday, cleaning was done only once The room that we received is too close (common wall with Ardi pizzeria), in the early morning we heard when they were preparing tables, chairs and so on

As minus points, we had a few in the 11 days we stayed: - Room cleaning was never done. (No Swept and mopped the floor for 11 days) - bed sheets in 11 days changed only once. - in the kitchenette the stove didn't work - we boiled a few eggs in 2 hours, and water for a cup of coffee boiled in 30 minutes. - The sewage in the bathroom smelled awful. if you left the bathroom door open you couldn't stay in the room because of the unpleasant smell you could see from the drains. - although we had a terrace with chairs, table, and umbrella, it could not be used because there were cats on the property who slept on the chairs at night which were covered in sponge, and in the morning, it was just hair and cat mess. - Although we specified in our booking that we wanted breakfast (which was 7 euros at the time of booking), when we arrived the price was 10 euros per person. The owner was extremely polite and told us we could eat for 7 euro, but from the restaurant, on none of the days did they serve us with breakfast confirming the deal and each time we had to order from the menu and pay for whatever we ordered. The problem was that instead of 7 euros per person as the normal breakfast cost, you ended up paying 15 euros per person and with 4 people the difference was noticeable. (Here there was a miscommunication between the owner and the restaurant manager). The fact is that out of 11 days we could only eat breakfast twice. However, these little inconveniences could not spoil our holiday and if we had to choose again, for Ulcjin, this property would still be our choice, only we would know what to discuss beforehand. Certainly, the rooms on the upper floors are better.

The location is excellent, close to the beach. There is a very well stocked shop and a pizzeria belonging to this location. The owner very polite Towels changed every 2 days, Big shower
