Amazing position on the bay. Great facilities and the air con worked perfectly. The hosts/owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. Srdjan even made us black risotto to try. Will definitely go back.

Everything was great. Be aware it's in the third floor if you have any mobility issues.

Srdjan’s apartment was absolutely lovely – spotless, spacious, and beautifully equipped, it truly felt like home. The balcony offers a stunning view of the Bay of Kotor, and the location is just a few steps from the water. It’s perfectly peaceful yet only a short distance from the Old Town, restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés. Srdjan was an incredibly warm and welcoming host, spoiling us with homemade treats and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from beach chairs to the bottles of juice waiting for us in the fridge. There’s no doubt this was an excellent choice for our stay. Thank you, Srdjan, for your heartfelt hospitality – we highly recommend this place!

Taxi drivers can try & rip you off. Arrange any airport taxi transfer with the owner in advance. More teaspoons in the apartment would be good 😉

The property is ideal for families or groups. Located walking distance to Kotor old city. Nearby restaurant called Konoba Portun is a very good restaurant for dinners. Apartments are clean, with kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, split A/C,..Hosts Mr Srdjan and Ms Tania are helpful, lovely people.

Had a fabulous stay here with our three young children. The apartment is in the ideal location. It's so peaceful, away from the crowds, but still close enough to walk into Kotor in around 30 mins. There are several nice restaurants and a small shop within a short walk. The apartment is spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you need (and more) to enjoy a lovely holiday. We will always remember the view from the balcony and the little pebble beach just across the road, with deckchairs provided. So convenient and even better in real life than the photos! Finally Srdjan is just the best host, who gives you the impression he enjoys welcoming people. I won't spoil any surprises but will just say our children (and their parents) enjoyed his treats a lot! He was on hand with any information we needed, including about renting paddle boards, riding the cable car and going a boat trip. The area around the apartment is so beautiful with lots to do. We loved it. Thanks Srdjan, we hope to meet you again one day :)

Host was amazing, house was great, classic and cozy. Water front view, and what a city... I would surely come back.

At first, I should say that the boss Srdjan is really helpful and polite. You may kindly get helped by him in any problems or advices. Also, the apartment is located at the seaside and 500metres from the Kotor Old Town. There are markets, restaurants etc. Moreover, the boss gave mixer when we need for our children. He is really good at for this job. The landscape of the balcony is unbelievable. Totally advice you to walk in the morning before sunrise. He prepared some snacks, drinks and etc for us. All of them are free, and there are shampoos, soap and etc in the toilet. They think whatever you need.

Spectacular views from the balcony. Beautiful and clean apartment. I would definitely come back and recommend. Srdjan was incredible helpful and willing to help us on anything we need. He even came with us to the car workshop when we needed to fix our car to do it faster.

From the moment we stepped into this apartment, we knew we were in for a treat. The experience exceeded our expectations in every way, making our stay in Kotor truly memorable. The host's hospitality was unparalleled. Srdjan was responsive to our inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Personal touches, such as welcome snacks, local tips and other pleasant things, made us feel truly valued as guests.

It was a perfect location. Fabulous views! Short 2km walk into the mayhem of old town. Very peaceful & right opposite the beach for swimming. Very good local restaurants near by!

Walking up three flights of stairs

A perfect landlord, a hundred times better. Has been helping me and my friends out of all kinds of trouble. Help parking, help contact the car rental company, help call a taxi... The facilities inside the house are also simply perfect, the interior is very large, three bedrooms, full kitchen facilities, comfortable sofas, the right temperature, soft beds. The landlord also prepared delicious fruit and wine for us. What's more, the price is very suitable. The view outside the house is also very beautiful, I will remember it for a long time. Thank the landlord for his help. It was perfect！

This is a great apartment with a stunning view of the Bay of Kotor. You are right on the waters edge & have your own little beach just across the road from the apartment. Very peaceful & relaxing. Quite a few places to eat within walking distance of the apartment or a walk into Kotor only takes 15 mins. Kotor is beautiful & full of bars, restaurants, shops. We did a 3 hr boat trip, hired kayaks & walked up to Kotor Fortress (1,350 steps but the views are amazing). You can also hire bikes & a cable car has just opened. We didn't hire a car but if you do there is so much to see & do. Great food, friendly people & Srdjan, our host, was fab! So kind & helpful. He can also sort out airport taxis for you. Highly recommend.

We were 6 persons and 3 generations. The appartment has 3 good rooms, 2 nice toilets and a spacious kitchen/living room. Especially loved the little beach in the front of the house, and the quarter with quiet local atmosphere and good restaurants. The host and his family is the top - doing all their best to help and make you feel comfortable.
