The studio at the entrance to the courtyard that we booked was absolutely fantastic and had everything we needed, a small and well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, strong internet, and impeccably clean and fragrant bedding, as well as a small terrace. We also had beach towels and chairs for free of course. The owner was very kind and immediately provided us with everything we needed. Thank you once again.

There were not shower gel and shampoo included. There was no trash separation, so just one bean for trash. I do not think it is difficult or expensive, but having all those small things would make my stay much more enjoyable

Very nice personal, so helpful and kind. Sea is few meters away, very nice view, silent place but still close to the city. Everything you need is there. Also you can rent a bicycle there and have a small trip, views are gorgeous! You also have some items for swimming and sun baths included

I had a fantastic stay at Apartments Bajković! Everything was absolutely perfect — the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness by the hosts, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the sea and the beautiful Kotor Old Town, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area that allowed for complete relaxation. The WiFi was excellent, which was a great bonus. If you're visiting Kotor and looking for a comfortable, clean place with amazing hosts and a great location, I can’t recommend Apartments Bajković enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Mirko was a top host, he was there when we arrived, we had great communication with him throughout our stay and he was there to help with all our questions. The room was nice, just the right size for us with a little table and chairs right outside. the shower was always warm and there is plenty of fresh towels daily. There is no noise as you are away from the main road, but within walking distance to the local supermarket and restaurants which everyway you walk from the apartment. The sea front is literally 1 minute walk away and you can rent bicycle's right outside the door.

Host is most genuinely nice person and has made our stay feel as we were staying with a family (in a good way 😉 ). Place is perfectly situated near Kotor old town and enough away to not deal with the constant noise of the traffic and tourists.

Super friendly host. Great location, 1 minute walk to the beach, several restaurants nearby, 15-20 minute walk along the boardwalk to Kotor. Two balconies. Air conditioning to keep things cool on hot days. Nice bathroom and full kitchen.

The apartment is perfect for a family of five and is in a great location. The host, Mirko, is fantastic – always available to help, offering excellent advice, and even arranging a boat tour and airport transfer.

Excellent location in Dobrota. Owner super helpful about local area - always on hand and very friendly. Property offered bike rental which was a bonus as able to cycle around the bay. Rental costs very reasonable. Apartment was lovely with balcony and had beautiful gardens, property had own area to sit by the water with use of free chairs.

Everything was excellent.

We had a phenomenal stay at Apartments Bajkovic. Our apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, well maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything we may have needed. The location is excellent - an easy walk into Old Town, but far enough out to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. The apartments are right across the street from a beach with stunning views and water perfect for swimming. Even when the entire country of Montenegro lost power during 40C heat, our room stayed cool - which we appreciated! Perhaps most importantly, the host, Mirko, is AMAZING. He was so friendly and accommodating - answering all of our questions, giving us top recommendations of things to see, do, and eat in Kotor, helping us book a local boat tour, and even giving us an itinerary with incredible stops to make on the way to our next destination. Would recommend this accommodation to absolutely everyone visiting Kotor.

10/10. Super friendly owner, great location. Excellent communication, and he arranged for us to check in early, which was really convenient. Parking outside, beaches chairs you can bring down to the beach. We didn't use the bike rental service as we're only there for one day, but great that it's available.

The stay in the apartment exceeded our expectations. It is perfect to sleep there with 4 people. The house is slightly set back and therefore very quiet. You have a partial view of the water from the large flat. We enjoyed warm hospitality. The host lives in the house himself and was always available. The tips for excursions and restaurants were very valuable and always hit the mark. The bicycle and mountain bike hire service, which he also runs, rounded off a great holiday experience.

Mirko is the perfect host. Upon arrival he will guide you to the best restaurants and things to see. The location is perfect. We found parking in front of the door and didn't need the car for our stay as everything is within walking distance. Last but not least, the appartement: supercozy and surrounded by a lovely garden. There's a reason this guy has 5 stars. He is more than a host. He's more like a friend. Gave me all the tips and tricks on what to do and what to avoid. Would recommend highly to anyone. Whether solo, a couple or a family. He has multiple apartments of various sized to cater for anybody and he has mountain bikes on-site to get around the area and explore the scenery. Great location - 10mins walk to Kotor Old Town, near a supermarket, plenty of parking spaces (free public parking), second line of houses to the bay and it has a little pier where you can sit. The owner is very friendly, gave us lots of recommendations and tips for places to go / do and restaurants. When we booked a boat trip, he arranged for them to pick us up from the pier outside the accommodation so we didn’t have to walk to Kotor. The studio itself is very well equipped, good size, nice bathroom. Ours had a private terrace which was amazing to eat outside. Free washing machines which made a big difference. You can also rent bikes from the owner for a very good price. Great place and service, will definitely stay there again.
