The location is very good, close to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Property was close to the restaurant “Kuzina” that is located just across the street from the apartment and grocery store was just there . Taxi service was cheap and exceptional and everyone was friendly in the surrounding . Definitely coming back this summer .

Property was nice and comfortable. Dragan the owner of the property was supper friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond expectations and prepared fish stew and barbecue for all the guest that stayed at that time during holidays .

We really enjoyed our stay in Adzic apartments. It is situated in a central area, fairly close to bus station and the beach. The rooms were super big and clean, internet connection was good.

- a towel rail in the bathroom was broken, it needs to be fixed (I was scared to break it completely) - nobody could speak English, sometimes communication was difficult (it would be very helpful if people from the guest house took English lessons) but we managed everything

- the location - the hospitality - the possibility to park the car for free in the city - comfortable bed and rooms - a lady of the family was able to understand and speak German - I would book this again because the price is also very good

Great place. You have everything you need in the apartments, iron hair dryer,all the necessary kitchen equipment, paper towels, even sponge and dish soap to wash the dishes, a lot of very pleasant details. It is close to everything market, shops, good restaurants. There is private parking. Really worth visiting.

It was very loudly by the lady who is cleaning the apartments. She was yelling constantly through whole building from 9am. And double bed was two single beds which was very uncomfortable for couple. Even , we booked specificly double bed ...

The room needs renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom is crumbling. The rim of the toilet bowl is yellow from urine. The refrigerator needs to be replaced, it does not cool, the freezer compartment does not freeze and the shelves are rusty. There was a tuft of hair in the shower stall from the previous tenants. The hostess does not know English, at least she communicated with us in the local language, and we spoke “on the fingers” approximately understanding each other.

Good location, close to shops, supermarket, cafes, there is parking. To the sea 10-15 minutes, to the old town - 20 minutes on foot. The air conditioner worked great.

There was a horrible smell of cigarette smoke when we entered the room. I finally discovered that someone had thrown cigarette butts into the trash can in the room. After removing the trash can, spraying AXE deodorant all over the room, and opening the windows, the air in the apartment was more breathable. Still, I woke up in the middle of the night smelling cigarettes. Maybe the host could fine guests who smoke in the room to improve the quality of the apartment for all guests. 2 lights in the apartment were burned out. We had very little toilet paper when we first entered the room, but the host brought us some immediately when we sent him a whatsapp. I thought the doors to the shower were going to break completely when I tried to close them. The towel bar fell off the wall when I tried to hang up a towel. My husband said the beds were as hard as a board.

We had a balcony off of each of the bedrooms in the apartment. We found quite a good restaurant not too far away that we walked to. The bed sheets and towels smelled good. There was an air conditioner in our room that worked well. The host and cleaning lady were friendly.

IF I ONLY COULD LEAVE SCORE 0!! First of all we called this place and informed that in next one hour we are coming (we had booking a month before arriving). When we came no one greet us at the reception desk, so we have to call the owner and after 15 minutes waiting housekeeping lady came down. She escorted us to the apartment and when we came to the room (not the one which we booked, we got like 1/3 size from what was in booking details) some other lady was sitting there on the sofa with dirty feet. Obviously even this room wasn’t ready yet and housekeeping lady ask us to wait 45 min - 1 hour more. We agreed and ask for 5 min just go to the toilet cos my wife pregnant and didn’t feel well after travelling. Housekeeping lady said ok, but in 3 minutes started to knock the door. My wife ask for a minute however hk lady still came in and went straight to the balcony smoke cigarettes. She could at least ask or wait when we gonna leave, so it was very unprofessional from her side. We came back after one hour after “cleaning” but it was still very dirty..so many hairs on the walls in the shower, in the room, dirty dishes and forks with pieces of food from previous guests, fridge and teapot in oil splashes. We saw few ants next to the fridge and plus it didn’t work properly. Toilet bowl was yellow from urine. And smell in the whole apartment was just disgusting. Balcony door is broken, so you can’t close it and you can hear all noise from busy street outside. We were waiting almost for an hour for hk lady to come, but she didn’t show up and we went for a walk. In the afternoon we decided to come and relax but it was not possible due the noise from the other guests. Not just behind the wall, it’s was in the corridor and cos there is nobody on reception desk so no one could stop this. All night we heard noise from the street and from corridor and we didn’t get any sleep and relaxing, so we decided to change hotel.

No electricity, no AC, very rude host

There was no electricity in the apartment. AC was not working in the hot weather of July. Electrician told us that the AC is leaking water and water is going into the plug right under the AC. That’s why we couldn’t stay in the apartment. Host was so rude and in order not to refund the money he accused us pouring water on the plug right under the AC. We basically wasted our money. We thought booking.com would assure the authenticity of the information stated on the advertisement but they said they don’t. We should not have trust the booking.com as booking.com is not working like the other platforms and not dealing with the issues related bookings in booking.com and they are just letting hosts to get away with the wrong information and issues related to the apartments.
