Calm atmosphere, beautiful view and kind hosts. It was a pleasure to spend time there.

We had some minor issues with the toilet and the wifi.

Owner Vesna Radović was rude and raised her voice upon our arrival after my husband calmly asked if she could take a picture of our passports and give them back. She rudely answered and yelled about how there's no wifi so she can't do the check in. She kept our passports for 3 days which is unheard of and illegal btw. Wifi was absent pretty much our whole 8 night stay and we had to restart the router 5 to 10 times a day to even be able to browse for a few minutes, otherwise we wouldn't even have wifi at all during our stay. Room number 3 (16 square m room on booking) does not have a balcony nor chairs, no basic cutlery, no stovetop or hot plate nor any pots or bowls or plates for cold meals like salads even though there is a fridge. Faucets are leaking. Bed for the kid was not made. Room door is in a hallway so there's no place to dine or have a coffee anywhere in front of the room either. They knew I was looking for a room with basic kitchen supplies since I contacted them about it before I booked, but they just ignored my questions up until I already paid entirely for their no refund booking. Regardless, they still didn't offer me a refund, but only said I can pay more for another room. There are some wood benches and tables on the other side of the building but we were not informed on whether we can use them and asumed we can not since it seemed they were intended for people from other rooms. Electric switch for water heater was off upon arrival. There are no mosquito nets on windows. Bed sheets are basic with no elastic bands so they move of the bed as soon as you move. Kettle was completely crusty and dirty and took me a long time to clean it so it's usable. Room view is another building, not really a sea view.

No internet, it's not clean, i do not recommend .

My main purpose in booking this room was the view overlooking the Adriatic Sea and its location between Petrovac and Budva. The view was nothing short of spectacular. The room was very basic. WiFi works.

There was no envelope or note upon arrival telling us who to contact, what room we were in, or how to access a key. Please be aware that the host will require you to provide your passports to her so that she can report your stay and pay taxes; being from the States, I'm not familiar with this practice and was EXTREMELY uncomfortable doing so. But yes, that's their standard, and our passports were returned the following morning. Prepare for lots of wind noise, you'll be way above the sea and it will be windy. The linens appeared clean but had human hair on them that weren't ours. The building is on a main road but it did not show up on our car's navigation system. Toiletries and breakfast are not provided. FYI, to the right of the main outside entry is a toggle switch - this is their version of a doorbell, which you are expected to know and ring the owner when you arrive.

The property provided excellent value for money, offering a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. One of the highlights was the room’s stunning sea view, which added a sense of tranquility to the experience. It was especially soothing to wake up in the morning and take in the peaceful scenery, making the entire stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Additionally, the convenience of having a bus stop just 100 meters away made it easy to explore the surrounding area without any hassle.

There was an abandoned nest of wasps or other insects in the wardrobe, which wasn’t very pleasant. The fridge was extremely loud, so we kept it off the entire time and didn’t use it. The bathtub fitting had an issue, causing a slight drip that worsened during showers, leading to water waste, which isn’t ideal from an environmental standpoint. During our stay, it rained, and the bathroom pipes emitted a strong odor, likely due to the change in weather. Clearer instructions on how to properly use the room during such weather conditions would be helpful if these issues can’t be resolved.

It is peaceful, quiet, and has a nice view. Petrovac is really close, a few minutes by car. The owners are kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and decent.

The view from the room terrace was exceptional.

Sea view was fantastatic, the place was easy to find, happy with accessible parking space included all the time, the owner available by phone, helpful. Nearby beaches Drobni pijesak and Perazića Do are really gorgeous, but its not really safe to visit them by foot because there is no walking path, only major road.

In our 3-person studio: struggle with bathroom space - you can barely open the door, terrace floor was constatly wet probably because of unidentified air condition leakage. Going to the grocery is by car only, we couldnt find some nearby.
