Gorgeous property absolutely spotless !! It’s truly stunning and every amenity available like a washing machine in the apartment . The bed was so comfortable with a memory foam mattress, air con was super chilled and perfect after a hot day .the owners are such lovely friendly couple who really helped us out when our taxi never turned up to take us to the bus station. Stay here if you want a spotless clean and stunning location with gorgeous views :)

We wish we stayed in montenegro longer, because a week is not enough.

We visited in montenegro as couple. Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. We had a short time to choose a comfortable apartment that best suited for us, since it was an unplanned vacation. We saw the Rozer apartment in booking.com. Upon our arrival at the apartment our expectations were exceeded. The vibe was pleasant, the house smells good, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The owner was very welcoming, kind and very responsive to our questions. He even arranged an airport transport which makes our stay more convenient.Facilities are perfect and the view from the balcony was amazingly beautiful. Also, he helped us to do boat tour where the boat docked in front of the house. It was incomparable to the other airbnb that we have booked before.

Loved our stay at Apartments Rozer! The apartment was beautiful, super clean and fresh. We were lucky to have one of the sea view rooms with an amazing balcony overlooking Kotor Bay. The hosts were friendly and kind, and even dropped off clean towels half way through our stay. Would stay here again! 10/10

The only thing I would say is the location, being a 30 min walk or so to Kotor old town which is the main attraction for tourists in the bay, and likely to be visited a few times. But this is a trade-off between the longer walk and the quieter atmosphere. There is also a shop nearby which was perfect for picking up other bits.

The private access to the sea was amazing, and Tony and his family were great hosts, with plenty of sunbathing/lounging equipment available as well as their local knowledge of how to get around and what activities to do. Muo is on the quieter side of the bay so for the more relaxed moments it was heavenly.

The worst feature of the facility is that there is no parking lot. They do not help with parking.

The location of the house was 15 minutes away from the center. The room was new, well-maintained, functional and clean. The view was great, I was a fan. It is great to have a free water bottle in the common area of ​​the rooms. The host and his family are very friendly and interested.

Nothing really it was perfect. The apartment is about a 25 minute walk from Old Town but we knew that before we booked it so it wasn't an issue at all since it's a nice walk by the coast.

Everything about it was incredible. The host was super friendly, apartment was new modern and clean, and the view was truly exceptional. Anton is one of the best hosts we've had. He connected us with a driver, Dragan who was also amazing. Among the nicest people here. Definitely recommended.

My sister & I have just returned from a 5 day trip to Kotor, & we have to say that the whole stay was faultless! On arrival, the host (Tony) and his wife were waiting for us, they then kindly showed us to our room & made sure we were all set for the next few days. Studio apartment was as expected, very clean, modern & had everything we needed for our short stay. The views are also incredible! Apartment is a 30 minute walk into Kotor old town or 5 minute bus. We also made a visit to Porto Montenegro which is around 20/30 minutes on the bus and only €1.50! Overall, we would definitely recommend a stay at Apartments Rozer.. it was perfect!

The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The room was nice and clean and the whole building was beautiful. Amazing view and nice area in the front to lay by the ocean and swim. Also very nice suprise that there was cold water available at all times for guests.

This is your perfect choice to stay if you plan trip around Kotor bay. The apartment has the most wonderful sea and mountain view, which will make you want to stay in Muo during the whole vacation. It also has perfect private beach right in front of the house, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, it's clean and has enough space even if the apartments are full, which is really important because there aren't many public beaches around the bay. Rozer apartments are newly renovated, have everything you can think of and the hygiene is on highest level. Kotor old town is within walking distance, around 20-30 minutes, but it also has a bus and taxi with affordable cost (for us was 4 euros), if you travel with your own car don't worry about the parking, you can easily find free street parking. Also, the hosts are some of the nicest people we have ever met, so welcoming and helpful ☺️ Briefly, if you happened to find an available apartment, I suggest you to reserve it immediately without hesitation.

The host was as good as it could get. Communication & assistance with every request was beyond perfect. Could not dream of a better place for vacation. Private beach was cozy and stylish, just 5 meters from our yard. Rooms were neat and clean, towels replaced, drinking water supply always ensured.
