How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The floors could have been more thoroughly cleaned, but I can be fussy about that, so it’s probably not something that would bother anyone else. Also the cleaning lady came an hour early on our check out day, so we had to hurry to pack our things and leave.
Beautiful apartment with fantastic host. He upgraded our apartment on arrival completely for free, and it was lovely. We had a washing machine and kitchen, a balcony, a smart TV and kitchen. Everything was super comfortable and felt very safe and local.

The Way they managed the Room and cost effective. Also the customer support and service provided is awesome. Even they provided us with an amazone prime in their TV.

Quite nothing. All good. There is coffee offered.
Clean. Seems distanced but close to the Center. Fast food spot burguers are marvellous. Niksic has long blocks. Nice bars street. Very nice weekend to come (back). Given the balcanic nowhere city, town it is a 15 euros place in these months. The room is nice. Great great TV if you like that.

We were delighted with the entire experience, from the initial contact with the staff to the apartment itself, everything was great! The location is excellent, free parking right next to the apartment, less than a ten-minute walk to the city center and a beautiful square with numerous restaurants, pubs, cafes, pastry shops, bakeries and everything you could wish for! The bed is very comfortable, air conditioning, TV, fast internet, perfectly clean, staff available and friendly! A pure ten, and worth every euro!

The apartment is close to the city center, yet in a quiet neighborhood. It's cosy and well equipped with all household items one might need. The bed was comfortable, and also with very nice linen, so we slept really well. There's a very nice restaurant nearby with fine domestic cuisine as well as international cuisine.

From the very start the host was super helpful and friendly. Showed the room, parking spots, where to eat and shop. The room was very clean, we were provided with complimentary candy, coffee. TV had Netflix available. We were recommended a lounge bar Piatto for dinner/breakfast and it was amazing.

A little bit noisy until midnight, but not surprising, because the one bedroom apartment is facing the main street.
Nice and clean. Very coazy interior. Modern apartment. Plenty of parking space. Easy to find. Good location, a lot of shops and a lounge bar nearby.

Very friendly host, super helpful, his family works within the building so it’s easy to check in. You can get super breakfast 100m away from the property.

It's wonderful apartment and very kind host ☺, who made our check in very easy and was in touch every time. Fantastic clean, fast Wi-Fi and very comfortable apartment. It's true. And location is good - near with bus station. Highly recommend!

Nothing, it was simply beautiful, new and very clean. We liked it very much.
It was a completely new appartment that we got as an upgrade since somehow the one we had reserved had some issues. All the conveniences were available, nothing to complain.

- close to the lakes by car - walking distance to the city center - supermarket and bakery across the road - very esay and friendly communication with the host who also gave us nice restaurant recommendations - the room offered everything we needed for an unbeatable price Thank you very much!
