We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Biser! The location was absolutely ideal, close to everything with beautiful surroundings, and parking was very easy to find. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-situated for exploring the Kotor Bay area. Our host was truly amazing – he gave us excellent tips on places to visit, which made our trip even better. He was also incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, surprising us with fresh fruit, homemade cake, and even some beer. 😄 Such small gestures really made us feel at home. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend Apartment Biser to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely come back!

Nothing Everything was perfect

The apartment has everything to feel comfortable like home the host is one of the most kind attentive and willing always to share information and guides. The guy loves his flats he feels them so when you go inside you feel his personal touch taking so good care of every detail .There is a supermarket and bakery a few steps from the flat and a small beach nearby. The view of the bay of Kotor from the balcony is magnificent. Nikosh is there everyday taking care of his garden and also assists in anything you need. But still very discreet. He offered us homemade sweets many times during our stay. Definitely if i come again to Kotor i will choose this flat and i will recommend to everyone.

The flat is in a lovely calm neighbourhood. A local small beach is only a 2 minute walk away, Kotor about 30. The view on the bay is amazing, just like on the pictures! We did not miss anything in the flat and the bed was very comfortable. Nebojša was an incredibly kind host! We had very nice conversations with him and he even brought us some local beer, cherries and a delicious cake he baked. We will definitely come back!

public transport in Kotor is often late :) so better if you are not in a hurry

I am very happy for the time we spent in Biser with my daughter! The views from the apartment are scenic and picturesque, we have spent great time enjoying them from the terrace. Nebojsha is a great person - friendly, intelligent and with many talents, he gave us valuable recommendations and good company. Thank you! Apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also I really like the neighbourhood where it is located - it is quiet and authentic.

Nebo is such a wonderful host who goes out of his way to make sure you are very comfortable. The apartments were extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful--a perfect spot for breakfast and drinks. A 3 min minute walk down to the beach, and a nice 35min walk along the beach into the town. I highly recommend these apartments.

There was nothing to dislike.

Beautiful view, exceptionally clean, lovely host Nebo who couldn't do enough for you! On hand to give advice and rent out bicycles for a superb explore around the bay. Chocolate cake, fruit & beer on arrival was a bonus. Followed by freshly made cakes & treats throughout our stay! We were thoroughly spoilt, thanks again Nebo & family.

Nothing, everything was phenomenal

I really can’t imagine a better apartment for our stay in Dobrota. The apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The seaview from the apartment is absolutely incredible! The hosting family was kind, generous, and warm. The property is beautifully maintained. The location is perfect with a bus stop right outside and grocery stores within walking distance. It is easy to walk to Kotor old town, and the view along the walk is breathtaking. Absolutely absolutely recommend this place, and will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

The host was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about what activities we could do and if we had any questions he would help us immediately overall he was very welcoming and you can see he loves his job. The view was amazing , the house was very comfortable everything you’d need is inside from beach umbrella , hairdryer , washing machine, kettle , bikes to go cycling a stove etc. I couldn’t recommend it more :)

I liked everything

Owner is very kind, always taking care of you needs, ready to help and welcomes you warm through the stay, if you decided to stay in kotor, Best option is this. Room was clean, view was perfect from the terrace, and there is perfect restaurants around the apartment.

The cooking stove was basic and took a small time to warm up your food.....but I'm being really picky here because in truthfulness I was never in a hurry and this hardly registers as a dislike.

Firstly the owner of the property provides outstanding service. He takes absolute pride in his work ensuring that you have the perfect stay in Kotor. He is so friendly and welcoming and provides superb knowledge of the local area and beyond. He will also provide you with suggestions of places to visit, things to do, where to shop, places to swim, walk, see....it really is like having your own personal Tripadvisor. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need but the views from the balcony are to die for.....in the morning you can sit and enjoy your breakfast watching the boats come and go and in the evening relax with a cold drink and watch the sun go down.....I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We stayed for 5 nights and were thoroughly well looked after! Communication with Nebo was brilliant in the lead up to checking in and there is really helpful signage for Apartment Biser from both of the suggested parking locations. Nebo made us feel at home from the very beginning, giving a bottle of wine, fruits and some homemade chocolate cake during the stay. Location is great with a shop and bakery really close by, and some wonderful restaurants on the bay front (great recommendations from Nebo). There are some public beaches within walking distance too (one really close at the bottom of the road) and Nebo provides you with additional towels to use at the beach. It’s about 25 mins walk into Kotor Old Town but there is plenty to do in Dobrota and beyond! The view from the balcony was stunning and so relaxing. Sun on the balcony from mid afternoon. Book to stay here without hesitation!

Nebo's apartment location was perfect. A walk/drive away from the old town by promenade meant we got all the luxury of being close to the bay without the busy traffic. The views from the porch are incredible and will never cease to amaze. The apartment was immaculate and kitted out with everything we could possibly need. Nebo helped us with all recommendations and advice for travelling around Montenegro & kindly booked the boat tour for us too, which is worth a go! There is a bakery at the top of the street from the apartment, which is also fabulous and super cheap. We would buy some pastries and enjoy them on the porch with coffee and views from the apartment. We honestly couldn't fault this stay. It added to our trip to Montenegro so much, and we loved every second of it.

Nothing, one of the best, if not the best places we've stayed..... but just so you know we haven't been paid, we should mention it's about a 2.5 km walk to the Old Town ( but what a walk - we did it several times) and, whilst the buses are regular, traffic at busy times can...sometimes - make the timetable a little variable, but it's worth it AND there are lots of taxis and, if you can walk, do!

It's hard to remember how much we liked. In a good way. It's the first time I've wanted to give more than 10. The short version - fantastic location (perfect view), very well equipped, spotless, comfortable bed and a very friendly host. The detail - *the view really is as good as the photo - we spent a whole morning sitting and looking at it - and very near the edge of the bay * a cheap bus service up and down the coast, with a bus stop close by( Hotel Huma or Kamp) * two wine glasses, a bottle opener and, wait for it, a proper kettle, which is a luxury for tea-loving souls and a rarity in the Balkans, which brings me to *Nebo's understanding of his visitors - to mention two out of many - we liked walking so he suggested the walk along the road between Perast and Risan, which was perfect for us, and, having mentioned we liked growing things, he brought spring onions out of his garden * lovely added touches - home-baked poppy seed cake, a bottle of local wine, water. fruit etc etc And , despite the above, very keenly priced.

Nebojša is a great host who cares so much about his guests! He met us at the bus station, gave us a ride. At home, we were greeted with cakes and fruits, also we were supplied with a lot of useful information about buses and other local things. And the apartment is great in every detail. Everything you need is at home, including a cozy terrace with a great view. The location is excellent, with nearby bus stops, and if you're walking back from the old town, there's no feeling like you still have to reach your apartments somewhere. This path is a great relaxation in itself because the Dobrota waterfront is a beautiful place. Nebojša, all the best to you, you are wonderful host and person, it was a pleasure to meet you!

It was just perfect.

Location is excellent, many great restaurants in walking distance, about 3 minutes to the bay. Nebojsa is an absolutely perfect host who made our stay memorable and very pleasant. He was always available and ready to help us, either to advise where to go or call and schedule the activities for us. We would definitely come back.

The internet was slow at times.

NEBOJŠA is a great host and had left welcome gifts of fruit and cake. He has lived in Dobrota all his life, is knowledgeable about the area, and recommended a range of activities. His parents live nearby and we were kept regularly supplied with very tasty, traditional treats, made at home by Nebo’s mother. There is a super view of the Bay of Kotor and the beach is within walking distance (albeit uphill on the way back). The local shops are good and parking is readily available near the apartment, both up and down the hill.

The bedroom was very small with not much room for luggage (we used the space in the kitchen and it was fine)

The location was fantastic, with a stunning view of the water and mountains, and a 2 min walk to the little beach. It was a 2.5km walk or bus trip from Kotor Old Town. The apartment was clean and cosy and had a big spacious balcony, and our host Nebojsa so kind and helpful - he gave us recommendations and booked our taxi on our last morning. He even brought us some cake that his mother made!

Nebojša is the best host I have ever seen. He does really care everything you need even more.He spents lots of his time to makes your holiday more comfortable. He booked us taxi, arranged a boat tour, gave much information about bus schedules and restaurants. The room, sheets, towels are so clean. If you want to visit Kotor and closer areas Apartment Biser is definitely right choice for you. Thanks again welcome gifts and your mother's sweet breakfasts. All the best Nebojša. Nothing. We liked everything!

My husband and I had the best apartment experience imaginable while we stayed in Kotor for 4nights. The apartment is located just 1-2 minutes from the beach, and we walked there every single day because it was so close. There is a terrace that has great view of both sea and mountain, so you get to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset. The apartment also comes with the basic needs for cooking and so we had everything we need during our stay. We loved the small details like free fruits and beer in the fridge on our arrival and a kind gesture greeting from the friendliest and kindest host—Nebo! The WiFi is strong. The apartment has its own bathroom and plenty of privacy. We especially loved the view from our room, which has a small terrace where we managed to spend having our breakfast and lunch. The apartment is located on a quiet side street, but it’s possible to walk to the center of town with shops and restaurants in less than 20 minutes. The host was very kind in providing a map of the surrounding areas and recommended on things to do around the area. Love, from The Philippines!
