The biggest and most delightful surprise was the private pier directly on Kotor Bay, offering stunning views and direct access to the water – a real highlight of the experience. It felt like a home away from home, with the perfect balance of comfort and authenticity.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and go out of their way to help with anything you might need, which immediately made us feel at home. The apartment itself is spacious, very well equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The beautiful stone walls give the place a unique and charming character.

Our family stayed in the apartment for 7 nights and we really enjoyed our time here. Location is great, we especially enjoyed having access to the water. Apartment is well equipped, clean and hosts are very helpful and supported us with all questions. Location is great, between Kotor and Perast, famous towns around the Bay.

This place deserves 5 stars plus. Ema and Dalibor are such welcoming hosts and were always available for help and advice and for all we needed. We had drinks, wine, biscuits and fruit on arrival. The apartment is incredibly clean and very nicely furnished and equipped. Beds were all very comfy. The location is perfect, slightly out of Kotor Old Town and very peaceful. We hired car so it was an excellent base to explore Montenegro. The private beach is lovely with beautiful views. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back. Beautiful newly renovated villa with private beach access. Priate parking is a big plus! Very clean, very well equiped.. Fresh fruits, wine and soft drinks were waiting for us as complementary treats. Ema the host is very nice and helpful, very easy to communicate with.

Ema is a great host and couldn’t have been more welcoming - the house and location are great but the traffic into Kator can be an issue if you need to get to Tivat - fabulous views and cannot fault the property

We were warmly welcomed by exceptional hosts who greeted us with a delightful basket of fruit and wine, which truly touched our hearts. Ema and Dalibor were always available to offer assistance and provided invaluable tips and suggestions. Dalibor even graciously offered to drive us to the nearest restaurant when we lacked transportation and arranged for a reliable taxi driver named Boško to chauffeur us around at a minimal cost. The apartment is ideally situated by the sea, boasting a private beach perfect for leisurely activities and relaxation in a serene neighbourhood. Additionally, on the opposite side of the building, there is a main road leading to Kotor, with a convenient bus stop and a small shop suitable for daily necessities. We spent there two lovely weeks and loved it so much that we have made a booking for next year. We highly recommend staying there.

Everything was perfect. This is the best apartment I've ever stayed in on a trip to Europe. Warm and beautiful host, prepared a variety of coffee and drinks, as well as a variety of fruits, the door is open to the private beach, unparalleled.

It is quite a walk along a busy stretch of road or a car trip to affordable restaurants. Not a huge problem but you just need to bear it in mind when making plans.

Access to a private beach was a real luxury. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could have wanted.

We would have appreciated servicing of the apartments at least once during our 8 day stay. We did request clean linen and towels after 4 days which we received. There was no fitted sheet on the downstairs apartment beds. There was only a mattessss protector. The pillows were small and flat. our friends in the apartment above had mattress protectors and a cotton bottom fitted sheet. There was no consistency in the kitchens. One apartment had salt and pepper, the other one only had salt. The one apartment had a microwave oven and the other one did not.

We travelled as 2 couples and had 1 spacious apartment each. We loved the location, that we could swim a few meters away from the property and that there was a little supermarket almost next door with a very friendly lady who worked there. It was very close to restaurants although only 1 was walkable but the others were just a few minutes drive. The weather was not great for most of our stay so we spent quite a lot of time in the apartment. We had the use of a barbeque which was not at the apartment but a bit further away. We loved the treats that were left for us especially the biscuits which were very decadent. There was a washing machine with all the necessary laundry soap which was great.

The apartment is really clean and has a nice view. The owner is very accommodating, friendly and responsive that made our stay very convenient. If we want to go to the beach, it is just very near the area as well. We had so much fun and would really love to be back here for out next vacation. 🥰

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was perfect, apartment clean, beds soo comfortable, two different cusions for every guest, towels smells so fresh, all facilities you can imagine - included. Two bathrooms in the apartment! Interior stylish, exterior - breathtaking. Private beach with unforgetable view, even separate wifi there. We didn't expext someting like that, we stayed in similar apartments in Santorini and Sardegna and this was so far the best! Well equipped shop just right next to apartment. Thank you very much Ema and Dalibor for your hospitality and pursuit of being the best hosts :)

Beautiful apartment with all mod cons, washing machine, big tv. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Beach area was lovely and due to it's position received the very last rays of sunshine when other areas were already in shade.
