How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The location was amazing. Very quiet, even restaurants close by. Views Apartment is small but has everything whats needed. Very nicely decorated. Everything new. Air conditioning Plenty of towels, hair dryer. Well equipped kitchenette.

We did not use the kitchen very much, but noticed that the number of e.g. breakfast bowl, big coffee cups, little spoons is limited.
We (group of 3) spent two nights in the 3-bedroom-apartment while touring with a rental car. Big advantage is the off-street parking lot as there is limited free parking on the street. The apartment is overall well equipped and communication with the host is quick. We loved to sit on the terrace and enjoiying the wonderfull view. The apartment has direct access to the beach. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Highly recommended.

Showering gel was not there in one bathroom and also the door mat was not found. If these two will be rectified then it will be the perfect apartment to stay

A bit tight for space, especially for food preparation. Terrace was ok for us as only one other apartment was occupied.
Great location in a lovely town. Terrace looks over the beach which is great for swimming. Apartment is attractive and was clean and well kitted out. Easy walk to Sveti Stefan, good choice of restaurants and shops within short distance. The terrace spaces are well defined for each property.

The beds were very hard , we prefer something softer. it’s a bit of a walk from road to unit.
The hosts were wonderful and location beachfront couldn’t be better.

Very cosy accommodation. The view and the terrace gives a lovely atmosphere of the perfect stay right at the beach. Lovely people, who run the place, which are very helpful during the stay! The place is spotless and you will find everything that you need for a perfect time at the sea! Especially the location of the apartment couldn’t be better!

You can’t beat this location! The apartment was great, clean, and equipped with absolutely everything you need. The hostess was very welcoming and accommodating. And the best restaurant in town is just below the apartment. Highly recommended!!

One night there were noisy neighbours, but everything was resolved peacefully by agreement - here too the owner deserves a special thanks.
Very kind owner Snezka, who fulfilled our every wish. September is a great time to visit the site - still pleasant air and sea temperatures. The apartment (number 5) was clean and comfortable, including the bathroom and kitchenette. Beach and restaurant a few steps from the apartment. Quiet neighborhood, Greek atmosphere. Breakfast plentiful, choice of several types of pastries. Free coffee and coffee maker on the kitchen counter made us happy. Great view from the terrace in front of the apartment. Several beaches within a few minutes walk, lots of solid restaurants around, nice walk along the coast through the forest to Sveti Stefan. P. S. The Home Langust restaurant deserves a special thanks and a warm greeting to the staff!

Perfect! A beautiful apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea, which is actually located only a few meters from the beach. Everything is new and hygiene is on the highest level. Right next to it is the Langust restaurant where you can try exquisite food. Everyone is very kind. My recommendation!

Evening meal in restaurant.
Lovely clean comfortable room with small kitchen facilities. Very comfortable bed with nice linens. Wonderful big shower. Location super & sea views from terrace/patio (room 5). Lovely big breakfast. Super accommodating hosts.

The impression on the pictures was that it was a lone apartment on the lower floor that you walk onto the beach from, it wasn’t, it was a higher apartment with a shared balcony split into 4 section's, still a lovely stay.
Location was perfect, host was great.
