The apartment is very cozy and clean, with a stunning view from the window. The host is polite and friendly, always available and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay! A couple of small things: carrying suitcases upstairs can be a bit challenging, and adding a Wi-Fi signal booster would make it even better. But these are just minor details – everything else was excellent!

Nadja was an excellent host who greeted us on arrival and took time to explain the area. The apartment was perfect with a great view. Nadja and her husband went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and really helped us out when we'd forgot the local shops were closed on Sunday. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

The hill and steps to the apartment are walkable but had us a little out of breath - however it's all worth it for the view !

Big apartment that is located on the top floor, with a big private balcony. The view was amazing, the apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed (even mosquito plug-in) and we felt at home immediately. The contact with the host was uncomplicated and helpful, we got tips for restaurants and places to go. Really enjoyed our stay!

The property was in an excellent position with great views of Kotor Bay in a quiet road. We could watch the boats and the cruise liners from our balcony. Nice restaurants and bars were very close and in a good position on the front of the bay. We could walk to the old town in 20 minutes. Buses ran to other resorts from the bus station which wasn't too far away. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. The hosts were so helpful and couldn't have done more to make us welcome. They gave us information on the area and booked us a taxi back to the airport. We would highly recommend this apartment to others.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Exceeded our expectations. Incredible view from the property which was the icing on top. Great value. Apartment was clean and well decorated and in a great location.

Great view

After spending 2 weeks in Hotels it was nice having the ability to make my own breakfast and do a bit of washing. It's a short 10 minute walk to the old town and a Supermarket and the view from the terrace was wonderful. The host Nadja met me when I arrived and showed be around the property and gave helpful advice on places to visit.

Nothing really

The owner of house's hospitalty was wonderful. The facility of appartmet was perfect. Even we laundry and did iron. The room view is stunning. We had breakfast in there with that amazing view. Host was very helpful.

The bedroom smells little bit bad. Also there were bad smell in the kitchen.

The property was spotlessly clean and well appointed with quirky decor. Welcomed on our arrival by Nadja who also checked if everything was okay during our stay. However the main feature was the terrace with possibly the best view in Kotor, a wonderful place to have breakfast in the morning and something chilled in the evening.

Wow, this property is great! It has really nice decor and is a great space to relax. The highlight is the balcony though, the view is amazing. We really loved Kotor, this apartment is a short walk to the old town and also the restaurants along the water front in Dobrota. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. There is a coffee machine too! I'd love to stay here again!

The friendly cat that came in to say hello each morning. Also great recommendations and advice from the host.

Nadja met us at the property and showed us to the room and gave us a quick guide to everything, the bed was comfy and importantly in a separate room that had good light & sound proofing. the view from the balcony was just absolutely amazing, better than the photos show. they have the most adorable little kitten that lives on site that would come up and visit us for pats and cuddles while we were sitting out on the balcony.

lots of stairs, but that's to be expected given the view - they have other rooms lower down with less of a view but as we were there for a week we wanted some outdoor space to sit and watch the ships come in & out of the bay

The view was amazing. We ate breakfasts every morning in the balcony. It is walking distance to the kotor beach and the old town. The apartments was really clean and we found everything we need. Thank you. I want to go back again one day :)

Excellent apartment with privileged views of the Bay of Kotor. The apartment is nice, clean, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. It is a 10-minute walk from Kotor beach and the historic center of the city. In addition, its host Nadja is wonderful, she has been attentive to our stay at all times so that we felt comfortable, in addition to explaining how to move around the city and all possible recommendations. Without a doubt, highly recommended.

Views are lovely, and the apartment is better than the pictures. The area is quiet but still close to Kotor. The walk to Kotor is short but may not be suitable for the less mobile due to the stairs at the apartments and steps/hills on the route. Nadja and the rest of the family were very friendly and made us feel really welcome. We would visit again.

Liked everything, just have one suggestion which would be sun loungers on the balcony.

Nice apartment with a beautiful terrace. 10 min walking to Kotor Center and free parking.

We stayed for 12 days at Nedeljka's apartment. It has probably the best view of the Bay of Kotor from the balcony, which is really outstanding. Nedeljka was the perfect host and was able to help us with any queries. A different view each day with cruise ships often anchoring in front of the apartment.

There is nothing to dislike

Nadja is a very good host.

The apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We could even do some laundry. It's spacious, clean and comfortable. The best part was the balcony and the view! Very nice place to stay, close to Kotor's most interesting places.
