Perfect location and lovely apartment! Would 10/10 recommend. There were also lots of cheap yum food options around and the beach was only a 15min walk away

It was really a great chance to be too close to the bus station, especially in the need of going there urgently. I also liked about the coziness of the room and the staff being helpful at any matter. The one downside would be the absence of elevator, especially for travellers like me who has more than 20 kg of luggage to carry to the top floor.

There was nothing to dislike!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Nikolay is the perfect host! We arrived earlier than expected around 12, I called Nikolay who came to meet us at the property. The apartment wasn't quite ready but we were early and we only had a 5/10 minute wait while the cleaning lady finished. Nikolay provided us with a pocket WiFi which was an absolute godsend, I'd had data issues entering Montenegro so to think he had this for us really made my day. The property is clean, bright, spacious. There is a fridge, cutlery, glassware, everything you need! There is air-conditioning! Little shower amenities were provided! The apartment is easy to find, well located and on a road with everything you need. It's a short walk to the Old Town/Beach/Bus station. This has been a wonderful stay in a beautiful location!

The street was too noisy all night, so you must close the windows and sleep with air co because it was too hot. When we come, the apartment was not ready even though it says that check in is in 13h (we were there at 13:00) so we wait 1 hour, the owner arrange a complementary drink at restaurant across which was good act...thanks

The stay went well — the place was lively (there was a shop and restaurants downstairs), the beach with most of the buzz was just a 10-minute walk away, plus there was free parking and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

The location is very good, it is a 1+0 apartment, the lock and security are sufficient, the air conditioner and heater work, and the hot water works. Close to the centre, fully paid for.

Wifi kept dropping. The kitchen could do with some more kitchenware (scissors, small spoons). Make sure to take initiative on the tourist registration.

Clean, spacious and modern! Great location right by many restaurants and quick eats. Close to the bus station and easy to find. Drinking morning coffee on the balcony was amazing. The beds were comfortable although we didn't have proper blankets (only one big sheet and unbreathable bedcover) which is a minus. Easy check in and check out.

Clean, comfortable, lovely street and mountain views from the balcony. Excellent location for us as short stroll to bus station. Longer stroll to Old Town along the promenade, bustling with cafes, bars, restaurants, shops. Loved Budva, and our lovely accomadation. Very helpful friendly host. Stay here if you visit Budva.
