Perast has a terrible parking situation and be ready that the town is full of tourists during the day.

The best accomodation we had in our two weeks trip. Fantastic owners who are very helpful and kind to you. Beautiful garden and view from the apartment upstairs is like a dream. You have a very nice shared terrace and a small "beach" in front of the property. Absolutely recommended! We wish we could have stayed there more! Coming back definitely!

Parking can sometimes be a bit tricky in Perast, so we had to park a bit further away. But the host offered to take us so we didn't have to walk far with our luggage.

This is not a downside of the accommodation itself, but more of a heads-up for future guests: make sure to check the parking situation, especially since most accommodations located along the waterfront road don’t have dedicated parking. That said, the hosts offered us several great suggestions and solutions, and even helped us at check-out by driving our luggage to the spot where we had parked.

This was my third visit to the area, but my first time staying at this property — and it exceeded all expectations! The apartment was incredibly clean, spacious, and fully functional. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee capsules and milk provided for both days of our stay — a rare and thoughtful touch. There was even a water filter jug for tap water, which was a big plus! The shared terraces in front of the house are simply magical, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, yet completely unobtrusive. Thanks to their assistance, we were saved from a mistake we made — we hadn’t realized the property doesn’t offer private parking.

we loved our stay here! here were a few high points: -the location! it’s perfectly situated on the main walkway in perast and near parking, a market and ice cream. -the views from our room were so magical with views of the city and the lady of the rocks -the rooms was large and had a really nice shower and convenient kitchen area overall, a really great place at a great value! definitely recommend!

Ideally located in heart of Perast, next to the museum. Bus stop is 300 meters away and beach is less than 100 meters. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Host family are very friendly and always try to satisfy guest.

Noise travels very easily within the property so you can hear noise from the landing really easily, even from other floors. Isn’t a problem once everyone is settled for the night.

The views are incredible and the sun terrace really sets the property apart from others. Room was very comfortable and the use of a shared kitchen was handy.

The only thing you should know is that there is no parking for your car so either you pay a private parking outside the city or you park along the road (which is the option we, as well as a lot of people, chose)

Great place, the owners are lovely and the view from the bedrooms is amazing ! There is a little kitchen with few items (coffee, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper) so that you can cook for yourself. A nice and spacious terrace is also available with an even better view on the lake. If you need to do laundry, the owner will also let you do it which is pretty handy. Finally Perast is a very nice city with no car which is enjoyable.

Guesthouse Žmukić is a remarkable place. It’s situated a few metres from the sea and restaurants in Perast harbour. Upon entering the room, we were met with a breathtakingly beautiful sight; a stone wall, with a window whose curtain was gently blowing in the sea breeze. The view from the windows is stunning; a front-row seat on all of the goings on in the harbour. It was also clean, well-furnished, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. Our hosts were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful people. They even kindly offered to let us do our laundry, which was a huge help to us. I’ve given a lot of places 5 stars in my time, but none have deserved it more than Guesthouse Žmukić has. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to return.

Great location, right on the pedestrian zone, next to the museum with great view of the bay from the window. Spacious shared terrace, perfect for a drink in the evening. Grocery shops, restaurants, beach bar are all located in the immediate area.

Hard to think of anything we didn't like! We stayed six nights and could happily have stayed for so much longer. Parking in Perast is a bit of a challenge - people park on the main roadside during the day, but don't leave your car there overnight. The accommodation owners are very helpful with advice on where to park though, and the property is close to the main paying car park (€15/24hrs, August 2024), where you get a space eventually although you may have to wait.

Fabulous room and balcony in a fabulous location in the most beautiful town on the Bay of Kotor! Our room was really attractively designed, quality furniture, plenty of space. The kitchenette is very well appointed. And the private balcony with stone balustrade overlooking the Bay was perfect, nicely shaded with a vine trained over it, so we could equally enjoy breakfast, lunch and evening drinks watching the boats come and go, and looking over to the two islands just off Perast. This was a truly memorable place to stay.

This was by far the best place we stayed at during our holidays in the Balkans! The view of the Perast Bay from the window is amazing! The owners are lovely, so nice and helpful. They also have a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view!

Nothing! Only thing I would say is to have a mirror in the main bedroom

Everything! This place had the WOW factor! Katarina and her family were so hospitable - on hand if you needed them... Everywhere was spotless, spacious room with home from home facilities - they had thought of it all from coffee machine to water filter... Comfy bed, big bathroom and large shower including shower gel. View and balcony were wonderful. A special thank you Katarina for driving us with our cases up to the parking on the main road at the top of Perast due to Perast being no cars except for local residents. We were most grateful with the heat and humidity being exceptionally hot. Much appreciated!
