I didn't like the noise during the evening: apparently there is a pub/bar nearby and it gets so noisy that one can't sleep properly. Also, be aware that you might get the room on a high floor and there is no elevator, so you have to carry your belongings all the way to the top via the narrow stairs. There were hot water issues in the shower during my last day of the stay: I had to shower by using cold water. Be aware of insects in the room such as ants. There was no soap/shower gel/shampoo - so one has to bring them.

The location of the hotel was great: it is in within the town walls. There is a small shopping center nearby where you can find grocery store, restaurants, clothes shops and related. It is located nearby the main attractions of the town. Hotel personnel was nice and friendly. There were kittens just outside the room on the terrace!

The apartment was a good ten minutes away from their office which was a bit irritating while checking in and out. Especially as it was in the opposite direction from the bus station.

It was a very good location with lots of eateries at your door step. The apartment was nicely put together even if it might need a slight sprucing up.

The toilet bowl was out of order and there was no plumbing, the sink really needs improvement, if I came again, I wouldn't prefer this place because of the toilet.And the cleaning fee they charged a cleaning fee of 11 euros, excluding a lot of accommodation

The facility was old. They said that the apartment shown in the photo and the one I booked was not available at that time and that I could stay in another apartment for the same price. But the second apartment they suggested was worse than the first one.

The bathroom was smelly, and they said there was free parking on the other side of the bridge which was chaotic in high summer. We had to park 20 mins walk away.

It's lovely to stay in the old town and the apartment was fine for a night but we got the attic room which was very cramped for a family of five.

Directions to help finding it.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were helpful (though directions to find it were a little unclear) and location excellent. The room was reached by many stairs, a possible impediment for some. A little more provision in the way of cereal bowls and mugs would have been appreciated.

Steep stairs making it hard to go upstairs especially when you are carrying baggage. No drying rack made our vacation a little difficult especially on the heavy rainy days. We had to keep all our towels and wet clothes on the door knobs or outside the window for them to somehow dry.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Without hesitation they showed us plenty of things to do in Kotor. The property itself was nice. You could sleep comfortably on the beds. You could help yourself in the small kitchen for anything. The bathroom was spacious and clean aswell. Location was perfect, exactly in the heart of Old Town Kotor. It was a safe place to be.

The kitchen supplies were kind of a random assortment and worn. I only made coffee, but it would have been hard to make a meal. Updating with a new kettle, an additional spoon, and two medium/coffee mugs would help. Same for the towels. All easy fixes.

Booked for 6 nights, only to find that for the first night, I was put in an apartment a short distance away from the main apartments. I believe, it was to do with arriving later than planned, due to the delay of the bus I was travelling on. It wasn't outside of normal reception hours, around 8pm.My room, couldn't call it an apartment, very basic facilities, no television, not that I needed one, other guests may have.The accommodation was dark,with only one small window. Felt like a prison cell, depressing. I certainly would not have coped with it for 6 nights Fortunately, I was given another apartment, the following morning. The 2nd apartment didn't meet my expectations either, certainly was not like the photos displayed for a double room, against. my booking confirmation. I found it to be misleading .I couldn't find any photo representing the room that I had. Basic, however, functional. Kitchen utensils, minimal,no bottle opener or corkscrew for opening a bottle of wine. Wine glass in cupboard though.When I asked at reception for one, I was told that they didn't have one, in answer, I said, could you mention it on my behalf. I never heard anything, I was staying for a further 5 nights, went out and bought one myself. I may appear to be a little pedantic about this. I have been travelling around now,for 8 weeks,stayed in at least 12 apartments. It is the small things and gestures that you appreciate and can be fixed, at minimal cost. I even thought about leaving the one that I had purchased, however, after they read this review, in the case that they do.They will address the issue, afterall, that what reviews are all about, good, bad or indifferent.
