Very kind host ! Welcoming and drove us to where we needed to go. Rooms were clean and comfortable would recommend, good value for money and right in the centre of the old town which was beautiful.

Spacious apartments, central, quiet, reasonable price

The location of the hotel was great: it is in within the town walls. There is a small shopping center nearby where you can find grocery store, restaurants, clothes shops and related. It is located nearby the main attractions of the town. Hotel personnel was nice and friendly. There were kittens just outside the room on the terrace!

I didn't like the noise during the evening: apparently there is a pub/bar nearby and it gets so noisy that one can't sleep properly. Also, be aware that you might get the room on a high floor and there is no elevator, so you have to carry your belongings all the way to the top via the narrow stairs. There were hot water issues in the shower during my last day of the stay: I had to shower by using cold water. Be aware of insects in the room such as ants. There was no soap/shower gel/shampoo - so one has to bring them.

Location inside the old town

We kept owner informed of our late arrival due to wild fires and accident on the road We arrived the owner wanted us to pay cash before taking us to rooms . Owner had sold our reserved apartments to others. We booked 2 apartments for 6 people he led us to 1 apartment but wanted to charge us for 2 It was not an apartment but a youth hostel bunk room and as we had no other option at 11pm we had to sleep there The owner only worked with us to move us into the actual apartments we booked after we complained through booking.com Even when we were moved into the 2 apartments we booked the units were far inferior to pictures online No real sheets Pillows were dirty and stained or couch cushions stuffed into pillow cases We were charged the going rate for an upscale hotel and were given conditions worse than a cheap youth hostel

Kitchen facilities didn't work, the owner was laughing and said try to put it in the power again.

It was a very good location with lots of eateries at your door step. The apartment was nicely put together even if it might need a slight sprucing up.

The apartment was a good ten minutes away from their office which was a bit irritating while checking in and out. Especially as it was in the opposite direction from the bus station.
