Wanted to stay near Perast and this worked out perfectly. Right in the main road with free parking and the beach right in front. Very clean and beautiful view of the water and mountains from the balcony!

As far as the location was good, near the sea, problem raised during the night. Apartment was downstairs and immidiatelly next to the road. We were not able to sleep during the night because od the noise from trucks but this is something host cannot influence on. I did not like that appartment had 2 glasses and 2 forks/knives/spoons. We had pots that were not that good for usage if you decide to cook by yourself, especially fry. Kitchen facilities in general were poor.

Location was perfect if we speak about beach and the sea view. The cleaning lady was super polite. I liked common cleaning rooms and towels change

Some rooms had electronic keys, others didn't. At night, the adjacent street is noisy with motorcyclists. There is no sign at the door, it's hard to find because the owner is not on site.

The location is great - next to the swimming area in the sea. The rooms are very clean and modern. Balcony with a sea view. Near the city center. Good price

The kitchen was very small with limited utensils etc. Probably ok for making quick breakfast and hot drinks. The small fridge was very cold.

Extremely clean apartment. Fresh towels and bedding changed everyday.

The check in procedure was a bit convoluted, getting the door code was a bit of a faff, Every other property would just send it to you through booking.com. Getting the code involved a phone call.

Clean, welcoming host (didn't see her but always sent a message via WhatsApp) 30 minutes from Kotor 3 minutes walk from the gas station and 7 minutes from the grocery and restaurant

Signage poor, so difficult to find. Took a call from a local (we only speak English) on the street to find out situation with the key. We also had to go to a different (difficult to access) address to pay. Not necessarily a problem but it could have been made clearer at the start.

A few photos were not taken at the actual apartments, but at the terrace of the hotel restaurant 3 km away which is a bit misleading The building is next to a busy road.

Clean, air-conditioned rooms for a good price, right next to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff from hotel and housekeeping as well. Totally recommend staying here.

I have to say that due to the misunderstanding we had, the people from the apartment did everything to make our stay as good as possible. We got one free night and a free lunch, which was really unnecessary, but certainly very professional of their side! All recommendations!

The tv did not work and there was not a full compliment of crockery for it to be self catered so we ate out each night.

It was clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony are as pictured. The staff at Hotel Conte were really helpful and sorted out some issues really easily.

Clean, well maintained with free parking in front (if you are lucky to find a spot). Rooms with balcony along the road, nice view but not necessarily relaxed location for chilling on your balcony. Price is ok, but for same price you can also spend the night in close by Perast, which has a better vibe.

The room was not cleaned well and the mini fridge was dirty and smelly. We couldn’t use it. And the balcony was dirty too. Lots of cigarettes left over.

Breakfast near apartment in the Hotel Conte in Perast. It was 5 min by car but if you have to walk it was a bit far away . The breakfast was really good and the view beautiful.

Access to a clean beach by just crossing the road. Perfect location Room can be accessed by the balcony door (easy access) Spacious and clean room, including linen and towels The bathroom has toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel) The bed is so comfy Staff are not available in the same property (however available on whstapp for 24/7) for anything needed. Otherwise, the other property is 3 min by car

We loved this place, the only down side is not really related to the apartment itself, but the surrounding: the water in Kotor Bay is polluted and filthy, compared to other parts of the Balkan coast. But that being said, it's possible to swim and enjoy, just don't expect the clear water you find elsewhere. Other than that, Risan is a nice and quaint little village, with beautiful scenery.

The apartment is great, it has all the necessity, the staff is super helpful and it's very clean. Above all expectations.
