Good location!! Short walk downhill to the ocean from the property. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Great for what we needed and friendly staff.

Nothing- had a nice stay.

Melissa is a great host, so warm, nice and welcoming and she was very accommodating.

It's a bit of a long walk from the center

The owner was incredibly kind and understanding when I was very late for check in due to big travel delays. When checking in I was given a welcome glass of juice, a very kind gesture

Our stay at Art GuestHouse was amazing :) The hosts are the nicest people, they are extremely helpful and very friendly and it was a pleasure to interact with them. The whole place was very clean, the AC was working properly and the room was exactly like on the pictures. The location is also perfect- it's a 20 minute walk from the old town. The apartment is located just 10 minutes away from the sea where you can find plenty of little conrete beaches and about 50 minutes on foot to a rocky beach (Galebova stijena).

It wasn't a problem at all for us, but keep in mind that you can't cook at the apartment :)

The owners are extremely kind and helpful, the room and the bathrooms and kitchen are clean and well equiped. Location is amazing, max 5mins from the beach by walking.

Probably one of the friendliest and most helpful host we had so far. He did everything to make sure our stay is comfortable, offered us the laundry and free beer and even gave us amazing tips on how to enjoy the visit to Kotor!

The property was clean and it had good AC, a small kitchen and a good toilet situation!

Host was very welcoming. It was clean and bed comfi. There were three shared bathrooms, so never had to wait. Small kitchen with microwave, but not for something big to cook. Two small fridges. Good WiFi signal. And you can pay by card! Close by beach, beach towels provided.

Not much natural light (small window only on the top of the wall). There was little window inbetween two rooms, not sure what for, but woke me up when my neighbours came in and I was falling asleep. So could just black it out.

Spacious, location for buses, beach, and shops are fantastic. Owners are more than obliging to help in any way. Highly recommend.

At least the toilet is clean

The room is disgusting and dirty ,I absolutely sure that they did not do any cleaning after the previous guest checked out. I found a lot of biscuit crumbs on the bed, table ,floor and sofa (I have photos) , paying 55 euro a night and can’t even have a clean bed with a changed sheet, it’s no difference with scam. even the bed sheet is old ,pilled and rough. When I complained to the old man owner, he changed the face instantly, seems like i was the trouble ,they don’t have any duty of cleanliness . The picture of balcony is false, actually it’s not that nice , there was a stair connected to public street so everyone could come up there, no vibes ,no privacy , the views is just the street ,barely can see little of the sea.

The room was large (with a nice terrace sitting), well-equipped, and clean. The host was so sweet (kind behaviour).

Value for money, I recommend this place , beach just 7 min by walk , old town and main market 10 minutes by walk , everything is just close by , host milos helped lot with good suggestions

Great value Friendly staff

Room was tiny with only a high window Barking dog at 5am

it was fairly private, had a terrace. It had a kitchen that you could not use though. The staff was nice and checkin/checkout went smoothly.

it was not that clean, shower was leaking.

We had one double bed and sofa bed room. There was no window and no natural day light. There was common kitchen but cooking was not allowed, only microwave food. After showering, one of the common bathroom was floating in water. Location is very good, 20 min to old town.

The hosts were amazing, super hospitable! The lady was changing the towels every single day to keep everything clean. She also shared a lot of useful travel tips and treated me with a fresh home-made bakery. Just to really show how caring and kind she is, here is a message I received from here when I went to the beach: “today it will rain at 1 p.m., just so you know, you better come early so you don't get wet” 🥺

And all possible things that you might need were available (air dryer, iron, clean drinking water), however of course the furniture itself wasn’t super new. But it’s a great value for the price.
