Right next to the water, walking distance to market, restaurants, even old town Kotor if you want to walk for 30min. Very clean with everything you need. You get to chill out by the crystal clean water where the kids could play and spot fish.

the apartment has long stairs to go up, with heavy luggage’s it might be tricky but I believe if ask for help, the host will be happy to give a hand.

The apartment is spacious and located in a quiet yet convenient position about 15 minutes walk to the old town, with supermarket few minutes down the road. The apartment is very clean and the host were super easily to communicate and gave us so much good advice on food, and provided transportation at fair price.

We really liked the location and the facilities of the apartment. Apartment has a wonderful location in a quiet area with a private parking area and is close to the Kotor old town. You can easily walk to the Kotor or Dobrota by using a scenic road. We stayed in the 1st week of April (off-season) when the weather was cool, but there was a heater ready before our arrival, so we didn't have any issues with the cold & rainy weather. I wish we had had the chance to use terrace which looked wonderful. The bedrooms are quite large but the bed in the main bedroom was a bit hard. Josip and his daughter Paola were really helpful. There was a welcome basket of wine, coffee capsules, cookies and water. It was our 1st time in Kotor and we really appreciated staying in this apartment. It really felt like it's our lovely summer house, right opposite Kotor Bay :) We would highly recommend it!!

This was our first visit to Montenegro. The location was fantastic. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Paola was extremely helpful and friendly and responded immediately to any queries we had.

We loved the terrace overlooking the sea. We had an issue with the fridge which was sorted immediately. The goodies left for us were very much appreciated. Apartment was finished to a very high standard. Lovely restaurants close by. An enjoyable 25 minute walk into Kotor. Family who owned it were friendly and helpful

The living room and kitchen are a bit dark. There is a terrace as shown in the pictures, but it is not connected to the apartment, and it is shared with other apartments.

The apartment is spacious and well furnished with great attention to detail. There are a dishwasher and a washer and an ironing board. The bedroom is quite large and the beds are comfortable. The family who manages the property is helpful and nice. We found a welcome basket of wine and cookies, water, and juice. The bedroom's window has a wonderful view of the lake and gives on the promenade below, but it was very quiet.

Josip and his lovely family provided us with a truly wonderful stay. The apartment is in a great location in Dobrota — about a 25-minute walk from the Old Town. We absolutely loved the Dobrota coastline; it was perfect for peaceful walks. Staying in Dobrota turned out to be a great decision — it's such a quiet, calm, and relaxing area. The apartment had everything we needed. Our bedroom had a beautiful sea view, and we absolutely loved the terrace — having breakfast there in the mornings was a real pleasure. Honestly, the view and the atmosphere were so beautiful that we actually preferred enjoying our drinks on the terrace rather than going to cafés or pubs. A big thank you to Josip, his daughter, and his wife. They were incredibly kind, took great care of us, and made us feel completely at home. If we ever come back to Kotor, we would definitely love to stay here again. We feel so lucky to have met such a special family.

Apartments Ave R is a fantastic apartment with a great location. It’s in a nice quiet location with an easy walk into Kotor. The view from the apartment window and the terrace was incredible. The host were amazing and happy to help with anything.

Easy and instant communication with Josif and son Ivan. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, even a coffee capsule machine. Daily fruit, wine, etc. the seller stops at the door of the house. A large store is a 7-minute walk away, and the old town is 15 minutes away. An oyster farm is 7 minutes' drive away. Very good restaurants within walking distance, with fantastic views. Parking. Magical sunsets on a large terrace are indescribable. Really enjoyed talking with the host. It is not even possible to list all the positives, because absolutely everything was great.

Absolutely nothing about the host or the property!

Before we even arrived the host was attentive, checking when we would arrive and of we needed help. When we arrived we felt like we were treated like family. The apartment was more than we expected, large, clean and so close to the bay. We were given some welcome goodies too and beach towels so were immediately on the beach enjoying the late afternoon sun with our own terrace.

Everything was top notch.

The location is perfect! It is a 5 minute walk to a grocery store and a 15-20 minute walk to the walled city. Several restaurants are nearby. Swimming is right in front of the apartment. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. I dropped my debit card in a museum and since Josip is local, they knew how to find me so I could get it back. We would love to come back and stay again! Cannot say enough good things about this accommodation.

The terrace view is so amazing that you would rather take away food than to find a restaurant. So it's retaining you from exploring,I would say.

Everything, the location, has a great view and is very well positioned on the map. We could visit the old town by foot easily even with a stroller. Accommodation's facility are more than enough: good wifi, dishwasher, hot water, and a coffee espressor. Staff is experienced in tourism, and they can provide useful information about the surroundings or history. That's it, overall its a 10.

Apartment was in an excellent location on the waters edge , restaurants in both directions if you dont want to go to the old town every time which is only about a 20 minute walk away. It had a gorgeous veranda overlooking the amazing view. Had everything you could need inside and very comfortable beds. The hosts are incredibly friendly and are around if you need anything. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

It was spacious and well decorated. It’s location was perfect, it was close enough to walk everywhere but far enough to be out the bustle of the centre of Kotor. There was a very homely, community vibe in the area and our host was fantastic, nothing was too much effort.
