Really mixed feelings for our stay with this hotel. Great location, stunning view (though slightly limited from our room), not far from the beach, amazing breakfast and amazingly cheerful and welcoming waiter for breakfast.

It feels like you are not really welcome in this hotel. The staff treats you like a stranger for any ask you make. An example: the hotel does not offer lunch and dinner, and it's just normal that you can have something to take away from a restaurant nearby (especially with kids). However, there is no plate/fork/knife in the room - so we asked those at the reception desk, but we were firmly asked to return the plate and fork with knife immediately as we finish the meal, as "there is not enough plates for breakfast". If think this would be great if a 4* hotel would be able to afford extra plates for it's guests.. Another negative experience: at the check out we have discovered a 50 EUR fine for damaging the furniture. Once we asked for what is that about, the receptionist called someone and then excluded this item from our invoice. So don't be too relaxed on the check-out. Personally, we will not stay in this hotel any more. Helas.

Very friendly and helpful, kind staff. Huge room with sea view (and old town). Family-friendly apartment with Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast served by kindful waiter. Nice indoor pool with beautiful view. Quiet, friendly environment

Upgraded to presidential suite which was fabulous with great balcony to watch the amazing sunset over the old town

Basic facilities - overpriced

The view was exceptional and the bedroom really comfortable. The staff was also very kind. The breakfast was good, you have everything you need, it would have been great if it could have been more various. The pool was great ! It is located about 15km from Budva and you can enjoy beaches around (pebble ones), 5 minutes walk or drive.

Parking is not free , it's charged around 25-30 euros per night. And you have no choice since there's nowhere to park your car apart from that. Too bad it's not included! That's the only drawback i see.

The room only had a couple of sockets which made it difficult to charge phones, etc.

It was our first time in Montenegro and I was impressed. The hotel is beautiful and we had an amazing stay. We booked a deluxe bedroom with balcony and sea view and the room was huge and the view …breathtaking. A big thank you to all the staff, all of them were very friendly. The hotel has an indoor pool and spa but we didn’t use. The hotel is very close to the beach. We had to pay separate for parking but I could understand as the parking space is quite limited and it was very busy. I would love to come back in the future

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Room was big and spacious and good size, the bathroom also was big and nice, breakfast area is nice too.

for the price of the hotel the room furniture was not comfortable: -random placement of seat and table -there was a kettle to boil water but there was no plug anywhere near it you would have to place it on top of a chair or something (dangerous) bcz the plug is too high to place on floor and too low to be on the desk.

Breakfast is very well organised

Our mattress in room 14 had some kind of a V-shape when you lay on it. Very bad for the lower back.

Location and property were great.

Clean and very spacious with good access to the beach. Breakfast was tremendous and kids loved the pool in the spa.

Location is super, view is amazing, easy to get to Budva by bus( station nearby) and it works long enough ( 1:00? ) to get back

Loved this hotel the room was large, clean and comfortable. I walked out onto the balcony and the side sea view of Sveti Stefan was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and all served by Marco who was just great.

If you have mobility issues there are lots of steps to the beach but that was fine for us!
