ItalyNothing. Very good Hotel and staff. Unlucky in Montenegro still poor the promotion such as beautiful spomrniks of WW2 despite great artistic value and the wonderful landscape where often they are placed. The hotel may promote this very interesting place in Berane

SloveniaElevator is slow. The mattresses were too soft for us. The door was hard to lock since the strike plate was ruined and the threshold was not holding (same thing with the bathroom threshold). Only two hangers (wired) in the wardrobe. Breakfast was good but some of the food especially bread was old since they recycled it from the wedding the day before.
The staff was friendly and helpful. A lot of parking spaces and free. Pretty view from the room. Spacious bathroom and room in general. Nice size balcony.

The location was great, the rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was plentyfull. People were nice and eventhough it was hard to communicate they did their best.

SloveniaHotel is very nice renovated but has many imprecised details which ruin rate and could be easily improved (visible cable in the room in one of the of air condition,cobweb on the outside part of aircondition and few spiders in the room.) In my room air condition didnt work in full power but it was enough to stand Montenegro high temperatures, beds are to soft in my opinon but this depend on how you prefer.
Property is very well located and staff was nice, helpful and friendly. Lobby was really nicely done and I like the most woods table in the lobby. Hotel is very nice renovated but has details which ruin thir rate and could be easily improved (visible cable of one of air condition,cobweb on the outside part of aircondition and few spiders in the room.)

Great location, by the river Lim - which provides a nice view from the balcony. Very pleasant reception, helpful staff, nice bar - good place for the coffee or drinks. Free hotel's parking is available.

United StatesBathroom: dirty, yellow grout in the shower, above the sink 3 lamps out, mirror with trail of rust spots down the middle. We complained about the lights first night when we arrived- they were still out the third day when we left. In the bedroom extremely soft mattresses, not suitable for people with propensity for back pain.
Very nice location and setting of the hotel. The staff is polite and relatively helpful.

GermanyI would like to start like this. Why do you look for a hotel? To spend a relaxing night and then enjoy the day. We were invited by aeroclub Berane for their 90th birthday and we were 8 people in total. When I checked in at 2pm I went to my room. It had not yet been cleaned and the bed was still rumpled from the previous guest. When I complained about this, the cleaning staff came immediately. But they were finished after 4 minutes. You can see the result in the photos. So we went to the airport party and came back to the hotel around 10 pm and wanted to end the evening at the hotel bar and talk about the experiences of the day. this was absolutely impossible the live music was incredibly loud that there was no place in the entire hotel where you could talk in peace. So we went to bed and wanted to sleep so that we could have breakfast at 7am in order to get to the airport as quickly as possible. The live music continued unabated until 2am! If I want such loud music I go to a discotheque or club. If I want to sleep in a hotel. Although we were promised that breakfast would be available from 7am, it was only opened at 8.20am. The best thing was that you had to pay extra for the second cup of coffee. We were glad to leave the hotel, none of us could sleep for more than 3 hours. We wondered what kind of job the hotel manager/employee had learnt. It can't have anything to do with a hotel.
The location of the hotel is nice.
