One minor comment about the bath tub - it didn’t have an antislip mat, which sadly resulted in a couple bruises for both me and my daughter. A bit disappointed not to find an iron in the room - but I guess it has to do with the all the wood inside.

Loved the wooden interior design and the huge indoor pool; the buffet breakfast was quite good, the staff well trained.

The staff seemed disconnected, not to say unfriendly at times. They hardly ever smiled. Moreover, there’s no air conditioning in the rooms. Therefore, our room got very warm, which made it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, which would have been a nice touch.

The Bianca Resort is a beautiful hotel in the centre of Kolašin. Our room was clean, spacious and yet cozy. Moreover, the bed had a firm mattress and was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped gym as well as the large swimming pool. The breakfast buffet offered many different options such as freshly prepared omelets.

The room had no AC and the rooms was really hot. The slope from the front entrance is too steep to pull up your luggage. Would be better if broken up into smaller sections.

I had a very comfortable stay overall! The room was well-appointed and inviting. However, the mattress felt slightly sunken, and the pillows were too soft and lacked shape, additionally It would be great to have the option to make tea or coffee in the room and to receive a bottle of water each day rather than just on the first day. Despite these minor points, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the amazing hospitality

We stayed just after New Year’s Eve, so the hotel was a bit crowded, and 99% of the guests were families with kids, making breakfasts a little noisy and messy at times. However, after the 7th of January, it became much calmer and more relaxed.

I stayed here with my 10-year-old child, and we had an amazing experience during our week-long stay! We planned to try skiing and were lucky to enjoy 3 days of good snow, but when the rain came, this hotel proved to be the perfect choice. With a large swimming pool, relaxing saunas, and a cozy lobby complete with a chimney where you can sip hot chocolate with friends, there was always something to do indoors. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The buffet meals were another highlight, offering a great variety of dishes, including some tasty vegan options. The fresh fruit was also exceptional—ripe, sweet, and a real treat! This hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a mix of outdoor fun and indoor relaxation, combined with top-notch service and great food. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back!

While my stay at Bianka Resort and Spa was generally great, I was disappointed by some hidden fees that made my trip much more expensive than expected. For example, a bottle of water cost 4 euros, and it wasn’t even 1.5 liters. Also, lunch and dinner that weren’t included in the room price were priced at 20€ per person, with drinks charged separately (while breakfast drinks were included). It would be more reasonable to have the same inclusions for meals, such as tea, coffee, and juice, just like during breakfast. These additional costs really add up and can make your final bill higher than anticipated, so it’s something to keep in mind when booking.

I had an amazing experience at Bianka Resort and Spa in Kolašin, Montenegro. The vibe of the place was incredible—quiet, calm, and so relaxing. Perched at the top of the mountain, the resort offers nice views and great facilities. As a coffee lover, I was especially impressed by the high-quality coffee they serve—it was a highlight of my stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The resort felt like a warm home, and I noticed that it was mostly families visiting during my stay, which added to the cozy, peaceful ambiance. Overall, Bianka Resort and Spa is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful and serene environment. Highly recommended!
