Loved the wooden interior design and the huge indoor pool; the buffet breakfast was quite good, the staff well trained.

One minor comment about the bath tub - it didn’t have an antislip mat, which sadly resulted in a couple bruises for both me and my daughter. A bit disappointed not to find an iron in the room - but I guess it has to do with the all the wood inside.

The Bianca Resort is a beautiful hotel in the centre of Kolašin. Our room was clean, spacious and yet cozy. Moreover, the bed had a firm mattress and was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped gym as well as the large swimming pool. The breakfast buffet offered many different options such as freshly prepared omelets.

The staff seemed disconnected, not to say unfriendly at times. They hardly ever smiled. Moreover, there’s no air conditioning in the rooms. Therefore, our room got very warm, which made it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, which would have been a nice touch.

The staff were well trained and happy to help. The hotel was in a lovely location and everything about it was a nice experience.

The spa and the exterior of the hotel are very impressive

The rooms are outdated, the beds and bedding are not very comfortable, the shower is small, and the entrance doors are noisy. Throughout our stay, it felt like furniture was being moved around all night, but in reality, it was just the doors making noise. Breakfast was average.

We liked the facilities, the room as really nice and clean. Hotel is stunning. Staff staff speak English.

The room had no AC and the rooms was really hot. The slope from the front entrance is too steep to pull up your luggage. Would be better if broken up into smaller sections.

Loved the Turkish bath, sauna, pool. Great location at the foot of the town square. Big, comfy room.

The hotel is designed beautifully from the outside and in the lobby and the public spaces, but the rooms are not properly maintained, the mattress was sunk in from overuse. There were not enough sockets, you could either turn on the bedside lamps or charge your phone but not both simultaneously. The mirrors in the room and bathroom were wobbly. On one hand you are not allowed to bring food and beverages inside (fineable), on the other hand the hotel doesn't even offer a kettle for basic tea. The spa was great, but the inside pool is too cold to use. Also, the food was not great and the vegetables were not that fresh. Overall, the hotel is pretty good, and has much potential if properly updated and maintained, but for the luxury atmosphere they try to give, and especially the high price, you would expect more.

Very quiet, located in a beautiful area surrounded by trees and nature. Rooms are cozy with warm atmosphere. The spa center is great, and there’s a large indoor pool. The staff is very kind, and the rooms are comfortable with a beautiful forest view. Absolutely recommended

I had a very comfortable stay overall! The room was well-appointed and inviting. However, the mattress felt slightly sunken, and the pillows were too soft and lacked shape, additionally It would be great to have the option to make tea or coffee in the room and to receive a bottle of water each day rather than just on the first day. Despite these minor points, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the amazing hospitality
