I would have appreciated it more if the fridge were quieter and people would not call, using the hotel line, in the middle of the night.

The AC in the room was a little noise.

Our flight was at 9 pm. I asked the Amina at the front desk if we could get a late checkout by 12 pm. She arranged our checkout to be 2 pm. Which was very gracious considering our hotel in Neum was charging us for half a day if we stayed even one hour beyond 10 am checkout. Also our server at breakfast, Mladjen, was welcoming. They didn't have a breakfast buffet but we could order anything from the menu.

Parking is occupied by people who come to restaurant in the hotel. There is no pool because they say it is under construction but actually there is no one.

breakfast ends at 10.30 not close to city center but it's small city. so it takes 5-6 min by car or 30 min by walk to almost everywhere

A few things could be improved—room slippers and moisturisers/toothpaste could have been provided, and we had to log in to our own streaming accounts on the smart TV (and remember to log out before checkout). The air conditioning was tricky to figure out, so we often had to open the windows, especially after shower time, when the room felt a bit stuffy. While the food and staff were excellent, the smell of cigarettes in the restaurant was a major downside. The indoor smoking area was only partitioned by a door that was always left open, causing the smell to spread. Because of our taste preferences as Africans, we would have loved to see spicier (peppery) options on the menu.

1. The first impression was amazing—clean and welcoming, with a friendly atmosphere. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, spoke excellent English (which was a major concern for us), and made us feel right at home. Check-in was quick and seamless, and all the essential information was conveniently provided in the room. 2. Our room was absolutely spotless, with a complimentary bottle of water provided for all three guests. The room came fully stocked with great amenities—a minibar (with a clear price list), a "Tesla" smart TV (which gave us a laugh), and essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner (a 2-in-1), shower gel, and even shower caps. There were also bathrobes, towels (clearly labelled to avoid confusion), a hot water kettle, coffee cups, glasses, and tea/coffee essentials.The room insulation was excellent, making it feel almost like summer. 3. The staff were phenomenal! Everyone was polite, friendly, and attentive. They paid extra attention to our toddler, always giving her high-fives and warm hellos that made her smile. A special shoutout to the restaurant staff—they were simply amazing! They made every meal special, and one even surprised our toddler with a chocolate bar. 4. Complimentary breakfast was à la carte, not buffet-style, but there were a variety of options to choose from, and we were also allowed to order to-go items. 5. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was great. However, since the network was open and didn’t require a password, we were a bit concerned about security. We used VPNs to secure our data, but it would have been reassuring to have a password-protected network. 6. The hotel’s location was very convenient—less than a 30-minute drive from the airport and less than a 30-minute walk from several tourist spots. This made it easy for us to explore the area without hassle. 7. Since we checked out early before breakfast time, the hotel staff thoughtfully packed us a takeaway lunch

Cigarette smell seemed to be less in the reception areas and hallways. Not sure I would return if smell in non smoking area isn’t resolved, as I have bad allergies.

We really wanted the spa that they are out of order until summer season, even though we had a great stay

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, always assisting us with a smile. We were staying for a special occasion (our wedding), and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. On our last day, they even treated us to drinks, which was a lovely gesture. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Special thanks to the receptionist who saved the day by bringing me an iron – truly a lifesaver! I am allergic to poultry. The absence of pork options in the breakfast made it less enjoyable. I respect that some are restricted by belief but as someone restricted by allergies I appreciate having the protein option.

The facilities were well kept and clean. The staff were very friendly and there was a breakfast every morning. It was a pleasant stay.
