A very nice and luxurious property, Room size is quite big and in fact the hotel upgraded us to a better and a bigger room. The hotel charges for the parking but on our request it was made free of cost. Really an awesome property. The breakfast was also very huge and has a good spread. The breakfast has a lot of options for the hot spread and a number of vegetarian options too. The hotel is a little away from the city centre but not far away. Overall a very good hotel

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room, breakfast area, lobby, gym, and terrace were all perfect. I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my stay. The room and internet speed were excellent. The in-room refrigerator and the bathroom were both very comfortable, equipped with high-quality cleaning products. Breakfast variety superb. I only wish I could experience this level of quality in relation to pricing and location, during all my travels around the world. Truly top class. I stayed 4 nights on two different reservations.

We just loved everything! TV could include a Netflix app..and perhaps more domestic channels.Apart from that small detail, all is perfect!

It’s our second time at Crowne Plaza. When we travel to Podgorica for busienss it’s always our choice. New, clean and full of services, including a nice restaurant and bar and the SPA. Definitely recommended!

Lana and Svetdana at the reception were super amazing. It was such a joy meeting them as we were still riding off the rage of missing our flight. They empathised with us and made sure we were super comfortable for the rest of our stay - even upgraded our rooms for free. Breakfast was good and affordable. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the restaurant as we were out all day. It's close to shops and the big fashion mall. Only downside is that the other facilities, such as the pool and spa were outside the building and had to be paid for separately.

The fact I had a full bar in my room I had to pay more for if I drank anything from it. Wish we had some free drinks. Otherwise, everything was excellent 👌

The room was fantastic, the staff made us feel at home, it felt like we had known each other a long time. Can't wait to return to that hotel and meet all the beautiful people in Podgorica.

Check in could have been better. On the first day I arrived just after noon and at reception they told me my room was ready but I would have had to pay about 150 EUR for early check in because check in was at 2 or 3 pm. It was quite odd - I waited in the bar because I had a 1 pm meeting anyways. They realised and offered to have me check in just before I left for my meeting. Otherwise staff were kind, just they could provide more information at check in about hotel services.

The hotel was located in a commercial complex/offices and a few shops in the new part of town. Conveniently close to many government buildings. Breakfast was good. The gym was quite good, although overcrowded - it was located in the commercial center but hotel clients had a free pass.

The hotel exceed every expectation, the staff is very kind and professional, the location is near the shops and restaurants. Got a free upgrade with a big well equiped room with comfortable beds. Only the breakfast is little bit basic.

Loved everything about Cue Hotel: it's in the amazing trendy location, modern, beautiful clean spacious room with a super comfy bed, awesome breakfast and great room service. Banya Spa centre has everything you need to relax. Staff were very helpful, too.
