Reviews of Design flat with impressive Boka bay view

The apartment is located facing a breathtaking view of the Boka Bay.

The apartment is equipped without an oven or microwave. There is no capsule coffee machine, which is nowadays standard in most apartments. The curtains are not blackout and do not block the light in the morning.

The apartment was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The view of Boka Bay from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay unforgettable. The location was excellent — quiet, peaceful, and away from the noise of the city, making it perfect for relaxation. The host was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Everything was excellent, but I would have appreciated having a bidet shower in the bathroom, as it is commonly used in Arab countries. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The house was wonderful, and the cleanliness was excellent. The view was beautiful.

The host was overly communicative, which felt a bit intrusive. On the last day, we were uncomfortable being questioned as if we had taken something. We found a bag of snacks under the bed while looking for a pillow, and my kids wanted to take it — just some crackers and nuts. Later, the host called asking if we had taken snacks or even a tablet ??? We are not the kind of people who steal detergent from homes. This was upsetting. We paid €15 to the cleaning staff for the snacks, and although it was a misunderstanding, being treated with suspicion left a bad impression.

Beautiful location , far from city (45 minutes by foot) but it's so cozy and beautiful , and the only sound around are birds. Cars are rare. The apartments themselves are amazing. Lots of space, two rooms + bathroom. A bed and a couch that can be used for sleeping. A closet for storing clothes and stuff. Kitchen has all you need for cooking, fridge, electric kettle, everything is good. Bathroom is also good, everything is beautiful and functional. The most awesome thing is a spacious terrace with just amazing view of the bay. Everything is exactly like on photos. The host Anja is quite friendly and nice. She helped us with some info and reservations for attractions in the city.

Not really soundproof, we heard when people were walking and speaking in the hall in the morning , and from time to time some sounds from the apartments next door. Though it wasn't big issue because people tend to stay quiet in this building. ALso, the building is located on the hill and if you go by foot you'll train your legs very well going up on 45-degree road😂 for us it was a small price for an amazing view.

The apartment is very comfortable and has an amazing view on Bay. It is situated in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood with all facilities at walking distances. The staff is welcoming and super useful, always available for advises and good addresses.

The most beautiful view. Peaceful and quiet. Cosy and apacious Everyday morning coffee on the terrace Everyday evening beer on the terace:) You just sit and watch. Not much is happening but who cares. The view is like an addiction. 3, 1 km to the old town of Kotor Children had their own bedroom. Elevator to the pool. Bakery and a small shop like a 4 minute-walk distance

The description says that there is an extra paid swimming pool (around 30 e per 2 sunbeds). There is such ( beutifully located with even better view). But the standard cost is 30e/ couple. We have to kids so it's 60e . And it's daily.I thought it is 30 or 60 but for the whole stay. Anyway we managed to get a discount taking it for couple of days. Sometimes children (or one child in our case) just do not want to swim in the sea every day, so the pool was really handy. Highly recomend lying on the sunbed with this view. Almost the highest location in town:)

Great cozy apartment, with stunning views and convenient parking . There is everything for comfortable stay and a very hospitable hostess will help you with all you may need. Very clean, great for families

Terrific views. Plenty of parking space. Comfortable bed. TV with HDMI cable. Exceptional hospitality from the host.

Microwave oven would be a worthwhile investment to make a kitchen set of appliances complete.

Our honeymoon vacation was perfect 👍 The flat gas a very nice seaview and the house was very clean. Also the owner is very kind and helpful 🥰 Strongly advise ✌️

Flat and the view was amazing. We mostly had the breakfast on the balcony while watching breath taking view

It is bit far from centre of the Kotor we made it by walk 45 minutes but you can get taxi for 5 to 10 mins for more or less €10

It was a nicely furnished apartment with a great view and a lot of kitchen utilities. Apartment has plenty of free parking spots and east to find. Anja was really helpful and answered our questions anytime.

Well equipped and very clean apartment with a lovely view across the bay, if we come back to Montenegro we would definitely stay here again. The host is also very nice and helpful, we had a lovely stay here!

New and well furnished apartment, clean, bright and cozy! AC in each room, very comfy bed. There’s everything you need in the kitchen, besides each new guests get little presents like a bottle of wine and a few candies)) The terrace is large, equipped with table and chairs - perfect for morning coffee:) The view is just amazing, exactly like on the photos and even better in person! Special thanks to very nice and helpful host Anja! She helped us with the transfer from/to the Airport, recommended the best restaurants, bakeries, arranged boat trip in the Boka Bay. She always stayed in touch and it really made our stay comfortable!

Poor soundproofing (entrance door / walls and ceiling). That is mostly due to a building construction in general rather then apartment itself, could use a better soundproofed door though 🙂
