A little bit far from the old town, but near the coast, and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The pillow was very uncomfortable, and the hair dryer was too small and inconvenient to use.

We got a clean and comfortable room. The location is perfect, enough private free parking, excellent view to the sea. Also, a very tasty restaurant downstairs.

Just minor things. Tiny trashbin. Small bathroom. Balkan style interior but hey that’s ok. The grill exhaust of the restaurant is close to the room.

Great accomodation. Everything was clean, the facilities were good, and we were happy to have our own balcony. Also as we were traveling by car, having a big parking right in front of the house was even better. We had the host’s restaurant nearby (just a few steps below) and the sea as well. As for the distance to Kotor’s center, it took us only 40 mins to get there on walk.

Check in was confusing with no details or signs where to go.

The location and the close proximity to all the restaurants where fresh fish was served at the side of the sea. The view from the balcony, which is breathtaking, we watched the cruise ships dock in the bay. We saw dolphins playing in the bay, early one day. The apartment is about a thirty minute walk to Kotor Old Town which is a must see. The fridge and kettle in the room. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was very hot. Plenty of storage space and excellent cleanliness.

Nice & clean double room with majestic balcony views. Loved waking up there each morning watching the cruise ships & boats etc passing by the Adriatic sea & mountains 😍 we loved the staff & the food served in the restaurant. Cracking base to go walking & swimming Not to far from Kotor Old Town. Hope to return soon. Thank you 😊

Great apartment! It was clean, did have a great view, AC, Parking space. Overall great experience! We have ate at their restaurant and the food was pretty good. No complaints!

Accesibility to the apartment. Parking space always available. Natasa greated us upon our arrival. Room is quiet and clean. Cleaning lady very friendly and accommodating. Will come back! 😊

Google maps wasn’t very helpful, I would advise putting Dobrotski Dvori in your navigation and the apartments are next to that restaurant

Amazing view, great air conditioning and showers with strong WiFi. There’s plenty of local restaurants and it’s a 30 second walk to the sea from your apartment. If you’re arriving from the Kotor bus station, I’d advise walking along the path closest to the sea and not the main rain. Or just a get a taxi

We liked everything!

We stayed for two nights during our road trip around Montenegro. Kotor is easily accessible from this location. We had a car and drove in but the distance is about a 35 minute walk into the Old Town or you can get a bus. The room has what you need, and is a good value in a place where there are lots of expensive accommodations. There was lots to do in the area so we didn't spend much time at the room but did make use of the balcony for breakfast and relaxing in the evening sun and it had the most fantastic view of the bay! This was the highlight of the accommodation for sure! Also 100m walk away you can get in the sea for a swim. The shower is powerful and the bed is comfortable, and there is a Air Con which was needed in the 35+ degree heat. Thank you for a beautiful base for our exploration of Kotor.

Really nice place to stay near Kotor, everything is near, as well as a few great restaurants. Great view from the balcony. Not a lot of tourists around (in comparison with Kotor) is a huge bonus as Dobrota is really a place mostly for local people to go for vacation. The room is really clean, but quite old. As for me I do not really care as we only slept there.

Nice comfortable room with a stunning view into Kotor. Situated right next to a restaurant with nice, very cheap meals. Also a short walk out to the waterfront and plenty of swimming places.

The room had a big balcony with great view! The hotel had a restaurant which serves good food even though the service is not great. There was parking available. It was possible to pay prior to arrival.

Although it is slightly far from the city center, it is very close to the sea. The room has a legendary view and has air conditioning. Everything is great.
