Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s advertised as a four star hotel (this rating is also displayed liberally at the property). Its advert on Booking also states it has a bar and restaurant. There is no bar, restaurant only opens for a disappointing breakfast until 10am. There is no bar. With its slightly isolated location, the absence of these basic facilities is a problem.
It’s clean, the rooms are nice and have loads of space. Pool is great.

The hotel does not make it clear that it has no alcohol to sell or drink. Although you can buy off the premises and drink in your room. I would have liked a glass of wine with my evening meal.
Property had good internet and a great pool. Rooms a good size, clean and with a small balcony. The staff were super helpful. The food is buffet style but is very nice with a varied choice.

The breakfast was from 8-10am,it was early for me.
I had a great stay here! The location is ideal — really close to the kite surfing zone and Dolcinium Beach kite beach, and just a short drive from Ada Bojana. Young staff friendly and welcoming, pool very good.. The hotel was clean and well-kept, and comfortable.. also food was surprisingly good, fresh and tasty If you’re into kite surfing or just want to relax near the beach, this is a great place to stay. I’d definitely come back.

- The sheets were changed only once during our 7 night stay - eventhough we brought this to their attention - When we arrived, there was unflushed paper in the toilet.. - Hot water wasn’t running well, so often times showering was uncomfortable - One of the shower handles was broken - One of the window shades was broken - One of the lights at the bedside was broken - The door isn’t positioned properly, so the light from the hallway would shine into the room during the night at all times - WiFi was spotty at night, so we would just use our own data - Some of the walls were dirty and need a paint job - No alcohol is served at the hotel - it would be nice to know that in advance, so keep in mind if you would like to have a drink by the pool that it’s not an option - The safe wasn’t working - Only 4 hangers for clothes in the closet
- The staff were great, helpful & nice! - Pool was nice & well-maintained - Breakfast buffet was okay, it had variety and the food was decent - Parking is free (but there is no shade at all, so you have to park in the sun)

There was a fire on the first night due to installations. The host was not there and did not try to calm the hotel's guests, but the staff was great and tried their best so all thanks to them.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

Room: The room was not prepared to accept guests: (a) There were carpets lying next to the wall, (b) the beds were in bad shape (one was almost broken) and scattered around space, (c) the walls were deteriorating from moisture (d) the freeze was not plugged in (and there was no way to plug it in, so we brought a 5m extension cord from the car to operate it for some medicine we were carrying). (e) the balcony was very dirty. Breakfast: Although we were the first ones to be there for breakfast in the morning, at exactly the opening time, the servings were already cold. Also not much of an choice was there. I couldn't find the coffee so had to order one at (a very reasonable) extra cost. Perhaps my mistake, and I admit I enjoyed the coffee which was very reasonably priced. Pool: For a guest on a road trip, the 10:00 to 18:00 (or so) pool operating hours render it unusable (it was the pool the reason we selected the hotel at a much higher price than other offerings). Beach: There is a beach nearby, but in practice you need a car and going a long way round to manage to enter it. It was our mistake though, not checking better the access paths, but in Booking it is listed as near beach, which isn't the case in the end. Parking: Parking didn't feel that safe (not-so-cheap vehicle) but admittedly all went well and it was available where/when we needed it.
The personnel was very kind and even offered to address our disappointment with the pool access, however we are not for bending the house rules. The pool was looking quite decent, clean and spacious, though we didn't try it due to its very limited, for our case, working hours span. Parking was available just outside the hotel. Bathroom was descent in contrast to the rest of the room. We had pool view, which is I guess the best view you can get here.

There was not a lot of channels on the tv,and they werent in english.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect,close to the dolcinium kite surfing,and the conditons were great during my trip. The hotel was really clean.The staff were friendly and helpful, and the vibe was good.

Our stay was a total disappointment and did not meet the standards of a 4-star rating. None of the TVs worked, and the suite we stayed in was in a state of disrepair. Additionally, the breakfast was terrible and the WiFi was so unstable.
The staff were great.
