There is some sound isolation issues between rooms. It could ruin a good night sleep if there are some noisy people in the hotel. Windows are double glazed toward the road, still it's a busy road and there is some traffic noise. Breakfast could use some improvments: add more vegetables, add some sweet stuff like home made cake or pasteries. It would have been great if the hotel had a restaurant for lunch or dinner ( I think it's in progress)

The hotel is perfectly situated, close to several beaches, closest beach is right across the street. 15 min walk to the wonderfull Sveti Stephan beach, and before arriving you pass by 3 amazing beaches! I personnaly loved the Queen's beach ( around 6 min walk from the hotel). The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The view is breath taking! The room facilities function properly ( eventhough the rooms is a bit small). The staff were very accomodating and are available all day till 11pm.

I honestly liked everything about the property. No complaints at all.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the sea and several beaches. I especially liked the free safe private parking, which is a big plus if you’re coming by car. The hotel also offers great facilities like a pool, gym, and sauna, making the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and well-organized, and everything felt fresh and relaxing.

There was no iron/ironing board in the room, when we asked there was only an iron and no ironing board to use. There is no phone in room to call reception when needed. In the room there is a list of costs for damages which made us feel like the standard of guests wasn’t very high. They also check your room before you leave which made us think the same.

The room was very clean with good air conditioning. Good shower pressure but you are on a water heater which will run out at some point. Good location for Sveti Stefan beaches. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is close to the road so you might able to enjoy your sleep with the road being busy especially if you’re on the lower floors . Even when you’re sitting at the balcony you can’t really relax cause of the noise on the road .In the morning the bathroom would have like a sewage smell but it will eventually go away when you turn on the shower.

The property was very clean and the staff were very helpful everything was modern and most of it white. The location was very close to most cities and it was just a min walk to the bus station and also it was close to the beach a very walking distance. I would recommend it as long as you upper floors

The receptionist when we arrived was very nice but the one in the morning made us wait at check-out until she went up in the room to check if we used the minibar. Maybe that's custom in the area, but it made me feel uncomfortable since it was the only place I experienced something like that.

Lunch and dining is not available here and the closest restaurants near were not great, so you need to drive with car to other near cities to eat (Budva, Tivat). Bad sound isolation between rooms and you will hear the cars on the road.

Hosts were very kind and helpful! We checked in quite like.. helped us with securing a parking at the garage! View from appartment was beautiful! Hotel is spotless and brand new. Breakfast was great with seaview from the balcony. There are great tennis courts across the road. Overall great - would love to come back!

Really nice hotel. High quality. Huge bathroom. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Super nice sauna and the gym has everything you need. As others have mentioned, it’s on the main road and quite loud on the balcony but the view I nice and I don’t think the hotel is worse because of it. Just know it’s loud. Still recommend it!!!

The hotel was very clean and well managed. Rooms are spacious with lots of natural light. There is a cozy swimming pool for those that like to relax in the hotel. The beach is a walking distance from the hotel. There are few restaurants in this area within a few minutes walk that cater to both locals and tourists. Free parking space available as well at the property. Good breakfast served. It is a great value for those that look for tranquility and relaxation.

We had wonderfull time in this hotel! Room was very tidy and we had amazing view from balcony. Food in restaurant was delicious, but they had only breakfast (later restaurant was closed, but if you ask receptionist for some coffe she will bring you it :)) The most important receptionist - Maria (as far as I remember her name) was very warm, polite, friendly, girl! She offered a lot of help and advices about places or restaurant close to the hotel. She also talk with us about many topics.

Water from shower turned cold after 10minutes in our first two days- but was sorted immediately. I wish there was option also for dinner in the restaurant. Water in pool is still cold in April, this is not heated but they have warned us ahead of time for usage.

We had a fantastic time in Exclusive Hotel all thanks to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.. Thank you to Marija, Angela and Yelena for sorting the hot water problem- and getting a plumber to check it out in the night. Massive thank you too for giving me medicine on our last day when I caught a intestinal infection. I was worried I wouldn’t make it to the airport, but we are back in UK safely. Location was perfect as it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Budva, yet convenient to access different places in Montenegro. For context, the hotel is close to Stevi Stefan and five minutes walk from Przno beach. The apartment we rented was massive, clean and modern. It has cooking and eating utensils as we had to do some cooking at night for the kids. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there was a sofa bed available too. Food in the restaurant were tasty, but it’s only available for breakfast. There ate two markets close to the hotel is you need to buy stuff and food. Marija also helped us book our taxi collection from airport. Although we forgot to cancel out return journey as we decided to return the rental car in the airport, she calmly phoned the airport transfer company to help us cancel our return journey. Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to be back and will definitely staff here again.
