We reserved a 2 beds room but it unfortunately was very small so they changed it to a big double. That was nice of them

First of all the friendliness of the stuff. No effort was spaired to let us feel satisfied and relaxed. Breakfast very good. Views are beautiful and the outside area by the lake excellent. The hotel is a small stone house and feels like an old fasioned pension. The location on the west side of the lake was very good - not comecialized, quite and lots of parking space.

This is a hidden gem, a special place with super hosts. Everything is good, I regret not reserved more days and I had to move.

We had an amazing time in the hotel! Breakfast was perfect and the room was very nice and cosy. The pier with beach chairs has its own vibe, you can jump to the sea from it or use the ladder. The sea was fantastic. And it takes just 10 minutes driving to the Kotor city centre car parks

Our attic suite was full of character, very comfortable and spacious for a family of four. It was at the top of three flights of stairs with no possibility of a lift being installed in the delightful old building. That was the only downside and not really a problem at all.

Tatyana welcomed us during a storm, with umbrellas and lots of helpful recommendations. The rest of our stay was as sunny as you would hope for during August. Swimming from the amazing breakfast terrace was our highlight.

10/10! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast was the best we have ever had, the private beachside area was stunning, the staff were so incredibly friendly! We didn’t want to leave. We will be back for SURE!

Car parking might be an issue, hotel does not have fully dedicated parking area. Breakfast menu is limited and has 4 options.

Perfect view, great location, cozy place. Breakfast is also good. Room was comfortable, hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We had no issues about parking the car.

The bed mattresses, so soft you sunk to the floor.

Such a gem of a place in relatively quiet surroundings on the other side of the water from much busier Kotor. Lovely waterside terrace, comfortable bed, great breakfast... all brought together by Tatjana who will do all she can to make your stay perfect....

The suite we stayed in was wonderful. A real little sanctuary . Tatjuna, the host/manager was so welcoming and made the best breakfast! This was the second time we have stayed here and we will definitely return. The location is perfect too.

Just minor detail- bathroom needs ventilation. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Staff were very accommodating. Hotel is beautiful. Location is excellent with a romantic feel. Great breakfast. You can sunbathe in front of the hotel or go for a swim. You have a great view of the Kotor Bay.
