The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the internet was very weak and constantly intermittent.

Jasna doesn't speak English, so we had some difficulty communicating. We arrived in Budva well before check-in time. We'd arranged to leave our luggage in the morning, but when we arrived, she told us a room was available, so we could check in much earlier. And on our check-out day, she allowed us to leave our luggage in the hallway until evening. Besides that, it's about a 25-minute walk to the old town, which is easy to get to by walking around. The bus station is also very close.

Good location. Sea about 5-7 minutes from house. Owners were nice and polite. It’s not dislike. I didn’t check room square it was normal but for me small, cause in big. And maybe didn’t check that bathroom is opposite the room not inside which were normal but a little bit uncomfortable to use.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. According to my reservation, I had clearly booked a double room with a private bathroom (not shared). However, when I arrived, I was told my room had a shared hallway bathroom used by multiple guests. The host didn’t speak English and called her son, who wrongly claimed I had booked a cheaper room without a private bathroom. This is false—my confirmation clearly states “private bathroom.” He then tried to present it as an “upgrade,” which was misleading. The bathroom itself was tiny—no more than 2 m²—so cramped that a bigger person couldn’t sit properly on the toilet. The shower wasn’t fully enclosed, so the floor flooded every time and nothing was provided to clean it. The toilet was dirty and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable: dust everywhere, dirty furniture, food residues on the cabinet, and stained, dusty mugs/cutlery. There were hairs on the bed sheets (towels seemed clean). I actually bought bleach disinfectant just to clean the bathroom so we could use it. Parking: chaos. The courtyard realistically fits about 4 cars if everyone needs to get out independently, yet there were 6 cars crammed in. Each time we wanted to park or leave, we had to wait for other guests to move their cars. This added a lot of stress to an already unpleasant stay. Other issues: the Wi-Fi was extremely poor, and most equipment (AC, fridge, hairdryer) was very old—though the AC cooled and the fridge worked. Jasna, the host, was friendly, but the language barrier made communication difficult and does not compensate for the dishonesty and lack of hygiene. Overall, this was a stressful and disappointing experience. I will not return and do not recommend this property.

The location was convenient – within walking distance to the old town, and there were several markets and restaurants nearby.

Great value for money in an exceptional location! We had a relaxing holiday, spending the days on the beach from morning till evening. The place is close to both the beaches and the old town, making it easy to enjoy the best of both. The hosts were very friendly and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable

Very nice and quiet place. There is everything for a comfortable stay. The room is always clean. There are many inexpensive cafes and shops nearby. It takes ten minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace. The hostess is very nice and welcoming. If I ever come to Budva again, I will choose these apartments again.

When we asked for the rooms you use to be cleaned, they stated that they cleaned once and could not clean every 2-3 days. Towels and sheets are changed 1 time upon your request. Parking is a complete problem. When we wanted to park our car, we argued with Jasna's husband and he swore at us in Serbian and gestured. You need to make a separate reservation for the parking lot but we were not told this information in advance. They said it was our problem and they would not take care of it. The location may be nice but the cleanliness, the attitude towards people was completely disgraceful. It was also very bad that the toilet and shower were combined. We had a very difficult time taking a shower. I had to stay in a place where I did not even want to sleep. I recommend new guests not to book here.

It is partially close to the beaches of Budva. You can reach the beach in 10 minutes walk.

It was very outdated. The fridge was very old to the point that part of the freezer was loose therefore the temperature in the fridge was way lower than it was supposed to be. Ventilator in the bathroom was full of dust so very unhealthy and making strange noises. Whole apartment overal could be a bit more clean.

The host is a very lovely lady which always helped us whenever we needed it! The location is also very nice, full of restaurants and shops

The shower had no glass door or curtain so at every shower it would flood the bathroom a bit. For a suggested improvement it would be nice if the towels and linen were upgraded because they were a little old.

The owner was super nice, the linen smelled clean and the room in general was very clean. We loved the location because once we parked we could walk everywhere. Center, old town, seaside, supermarket, bakery and a very nice caffè called peacock.
